FedEx nothing but headache, at least I got 3 bad experiences with their service, I encourage the seller to replace them with other good companies, the box damaged when I got it, some parts can be seen out from the box, I've contacted the seller sent them pictures, they handled it very good, sent me back a replacement for bent rotor disc (and some compliments too), thank you CS for handling it very well. There are no holes or visible damage to the tire.I tried many ways to get help but got nowhere:Amazon Seller: No response at all.Eskute Support: I emailed them but got no help.Asurion: They told me to return the whole bike.Phone and Chat: They told me to wait 2 to 3 days for another email.I already spent extra money on accessories and safety gear for this bike.
