It a little difficult to put together but once you do it's so worth it.It's fun to ride we have a pretty steep hill up to are house and it shot up it like a mountain goat I barely had to petle but I would buy a more comfortable seat the one it comes with is a little uncomfortable and the handle bars take some getting use to. But over all a great bike for the price

Received bike undamaged. Nice solid bike. Adjustable rear suspension. Charging battery for the recommended 12 hours the first time. Took longer to get it out of the box and all the foam and zip ties off then to assemble which is fine cuz that protected it. Added an LED tail light to it also. Can’t wait to ride it. Road it just pedaling and it’s a quality bike. Fully charged the battery as per instructions. Went for a test ride. What an awsum bike. I have pulmunary fibrosis which means it don’t take much before I need oxygen. I bought this so when I ride and get tire, which I do, I can use the electric part. Man. This was such a relief knowing I can stop pedaling and still be riding. I am so happy with this bike. Rides nice. Suspension is great. It seems heavy duty. Plus with the bike rack I mounted my portable oxygen concentrator. I love it.

Front disc rotor arrived bent, but the shipper quickly reacted and sent me 2 new rotors. Beyond the minor setback of the rotor, the bike has been a complete joy to ride. Easily handles moderate trekking. Nice power.

Very happy with my first eBike purchase. The M200F has everything I was looking for in an ebike and then some. I will say that it would have been helpful to have had the rear cargo rack installation instructions. Fortunately I was able to Google a short video on how to install the rack which helped tremendously. The front disc break rotor had a warp in it possibly from shipping damge and the support staff were very good at assisting me in obtaining a new rotor at ultimately no cost to me which says a lot to me about their willingness to stand behind their product. Unfortunately the new front disc break rotor Eskute informed me to purchase was the incorrect size. To remedy this problem and to be able to get the bike on the road, I've ordered the correct size break rotor at my cost and was later compensated by Eskute. I recently wanted to register my bike on "BikeIndex.org" and reached out to Eskute to validate the bike serial number and they have now done so and so now I have regustered it. Sometimes it takes a few days to get a response from Eskute, but I've found that they do eventually respond well to email inquiries.

Battery life is pretty great easily 30+miles on a full charge on mainly flat terrain. Power seems adequate will power you up hills without much struggle. Front suspension is ok, the rear is not good and almost non existent travel unless youre 300lbs but pretty much what I expected for a 700$ bike. The rear brakes work great (better then expected) but the front brakes are horrible and do almost nothing to stop the bike and I can't figure out why because they seem to "work" and I've tried all adjustments to fix the issue. Maybe it's just mine? That being said the brakes and suspension could be upgraded aftermarket later on if wanted and it's a decent budget friendly ebike.

This has been a major headache. Arrived with broken parts and bike doesn’t work. The customer service department is hard to contact by phone and takes days to respond by email. We have been trying to get a refund for two weeks My wife purchased another brand on amazon and couldn’t be happier Because of the product quality and customer service I have experienced , I would advise everyone to look elsewhere for an e-bike purchase

I already had a 500W ebike from a different manufacturer, and like it well enough for basic, level-ground riding. However, it has only front suspension and rattles horribly on bumpy terrain. It also won't go up hills with grades of more than just 10-15 degrees. There is a grassy slope leading to a local trail near my house, and I have to push my 500W bike up the hill. The weak motor combined with the rattling noise was getting on my nerves, and I saw this Eskute with front and back suspension and the advertised 1500W motor. It seemed like a great upgrade so I bought it. When it arrived on time, I assembled it quickly enough (30-45 minutes), and started riding it. The startup power seemed comparable to the old bike, but I didn't think much of it. When I rode it up the grassy slope leading to the hill, it stopped in exactly the same spot as my previous, 500W bike. I did some benchmarking tests with this bike and my 500W bike, and they behaved nearly identically. So the Eskute I was sent is a 500W bike rather than the advertised 1500W bike. I called tech support to ask how to unlock the other 1000W, and they told me to email their tech department. I emailed the tech support address on Thursday, and heard nothing back from them. I called again Friday, and was again told to email the tech support address. It's the next Wednesday, and I still haven't heard anything from anyone. It's a fine 500W bike, but the ad is very deceptive.
