What a Perfect purchase!! The trike arrived with no problems or damage of any kind, almost all assembled. The box was heavy but was manageable to get into the garage. A friend picked it up and assembled it in about a half hour with no problems. What a Beautiful color blue it is!! Very striking looking and classy. It comes with a small bottle of touch up paint for the future. The whole trike is in lovely condition and functions exactly as promised. The seat is high quality and comfortable to sit on for long rides. The tires are heavy duty and I love their thickness, making the trike a safe and durable product and ride. I am grateful that I can adjust the seat so it aligns up with the handle bars directly in front of me. No reaching up high or bending over while you ride. The brushless motor is pleasantly quiet while riding. It is easy to tilt the seat forward to take the battery out and put back in. This e-Trike has Great power even in level 1. I haven’t even needed to go to levels 2 and 3 yet!! I have been using it for 3 weeks every day and the battery is still full. The display on the left handle bars works perfectly functional. The rear basket is so cool and has a tight latch down on the top lid for keeping your items secure. Such a smooth ride and friends and family are already wanting to buy one. This is an amazing trike. My wife and I got 1 each and absolutely love it. It handles great, travels pretty fast and the battery? Don’t even get me started. This battery is a powerhouse. I am a big dude and I rode about 4 miles in 1 trip with the battery still at 97%. I live where it is full of up and down so I was kind of skeptical but holy crap it is awesome. When I first got it the trike made some weird popping noise. I contacted customer service and after talking to them I got it figured out. They were super helpful. All and all for the money it is well worth it.

This is a very well made, high quality electric trike. It's fairly easy to assemble. I did it alone in no time (and I'm not mechanically inclined). You just have to put on the front wheel, headlight, handle bar, peddles and baskets. Everything else is done for you. Including the brakes. Which I was very pleased to see. The seat is very comfortable but it kinda feels like the peddles aren't well lined with the seat. I find it difficult to peddle while riding. And if you're planning to get a work out while riding, this isn't the bike for you, regardless of which of the three gears you have it in. It's like peddling a bike with no chain. There's no resistance at all. One thing I don't like is you don't need a key to start it. It comes with keys (but apparently that's only to take the battery out). And that makes it more vulnerable to theft. Nor does it come with an app that would allow you to lock it. But my main complaint is the fastest I could get it to go is 16 mph. Of course, I didn't realize how unstable a trike is until now. I just assumed three wheels would be more stable than two...but that's not the case. I'm sure that's why I found it impossible to find a trike that promises to go faster than 20mph. That being said, it is a very stable bike. It's quite heavy. And the paint is gorgeous!!! They even give you a little nail polish bottle of paint in case of any scratches. I think it's a good value

First let me say I ordered 2 of these in a deal package,only 1 of the 2 showed up. But after contacting Eskute they refunded my money with no problem and the shipping back. I was very satisfied with their assistance that I turned around a purchased 2 single Etrikes from Eskute . The weather has just started to get warm so we have only been on them a few times. I only have one complaint ....1 of the Etrikes battery won't charge fully and because I waited so long to open them, I won't be able to get it replaced and I can't seem to make contact withem after 30 day to see about buying one, now in saying all that the Etrike still charges almost fully I can and do ride it. ......now for the Etrikes....they are very tricky to get used to. Very Tricky. I've rode motorcycles most of my life and it's just way different! Three wheels how hard can that be? Well it is! I'm still adjusting to them. But I will also say I love them! They are so much fun! We got them to use when we go camping..we are not super active people, getting older in age. But this has helped us have something to do outside. Last weekend we got to ride them a good bit. They are plenty fast enough for campgrounds and so far we haven't push it to see how far they will travel before needing recharged. The bigger tires are the way to go it's a smoother ride and they go easier on gravel, dirt, sticks etc. The seat it's self isn't great but once you get it adjusted just right it is somewhat better, the basket on the back is convenient for small cooler or couple snacks etc. After riding them for a couple days around the campgrounds the batteries where still charge 3/4 maybe except the one.. but it still had power to go if we chose too. Even had a few people ask where we got them!? I fixed the back basket for my 2 Chi's to ride with me, and they told me they woof it too! So for us we will now always take our Etrikes camping with us! So much fun and love them in absolutely recommend them and FYI Eskute if you read this please contact me so I can replace this battery so atleast I can honestly say your the company to deal with! Confidently. I will update this if any changes with ESKUTE with the battery. I'm thinking it will be handled promptly.???

As a 70-year-old senior citizen I can't be prouder to own this Eskute E Trike. I searched high and low before selecting this trike for myself. I choose this trike because it has three wheels which helps me with my balance and fear of falling off causing serious injuries. I ride this trike with full confidence of being safe. I made sure to read everything about this trike before I got on it. The Eskute E Trike came very well packed, not one thing in the box was loose, everything was tied down and wrapped in protective sheets of foam. After cutting each piece lose my 34-year-old daughter put it together. The hind quarters including the bike chain was already assembled, just easy peasy. We actually had fun putting it together. * My first encounter was a walk through and full pedal no assist to get used to the feel of it and how to use the brakes properly. I called in my Gen Z grandson whose graduating from mechanical engineering to check over the trike, and he fully gave his approval, also said he needs to get one of these bad boys. * Second encounter I learned how to use the pedal assist staying in level 1 to get the feel of its power and how to change levels while riding, again easy. Took off through the parks bike trail and rode around the empty parking lot until I was confident in stopping and taking off, hadn't figured out exactly how to use the throttle yet so I was still pedaling and giving my knees a good workout. Learned the throttle is great for taking off, climbing hills and just rolling along when you get tired of pedaling. * Day three out and riding using all the features except the turn signals, don't know how to use them yet but everything else is a go. Always wearing my safety helmet with light on the back of it, safety flags on the rear of my trike, added a cell phone holder and the classic ring bell because it's a universal sound for bikers on trails and the built-in horn on the bike when out on the street trails because it's louder. I also wear a bright yellow safety vest while riding. I chose the NDakter combo U-lock to secure my bike while shopping along with a GPS tag and a remote alarm anti-theft alarm. I arm my trike when I'm not on it, and it gives a very loud alarm when you shake or move any part of the trike just like for your car. I also spent time watching YouTube videos on riding trikes and how to secure your trike. The trikes speed is great and just enough for a senior like me. Level 0 - full pedal, level 1 pedal assist up to 7 mph, level 2 pedal assist up to 13 mph, level 3 pedal assist up to 18 mph. Full throttle auto follows the same mph of which ever level it's in. It's the perfect fit for my height 5'1. Had to get used to raising up my body to get on the saddle. Just keep the brakes on before mounting the trike. As a senior I do early morning rides before the streets get busy. This trike is very well constructed and compact compared to other trikes I reviewed, and I get all kinds of compliments. After a 10-mile ride out shopping using the street trail the rear basket was large enough to bring back my purchases with no problem and I only used one bar off the battery. The battery life on this trike is very good. I ride without fear of running out of juice. I love everything about my trike! .

I got this for my mom that needs a knee replacement and has horrible back problems. We love that it has full throttle and you don’t have to pedal to get it going. The battery life on it is extremely well my mom weighs about 220lb she’s 5’3 fits her perfectly she doesn’t pedal at all she just uses the throttle. At first we honestly thought it may be broken because we took it out for hours and the battery wasn’t going down at all turns out that’s just how good the battery is lol. 😂 also it’s super cute and high quality it goes very fast!!

I normally do not write comments on a company customer service. However, Eskute provided outstanding customer service. Ordered a T300 e-trike from Eskute on Amazon. Delivery was quick and the bike was easy to assemble (I'm 83 and had no problem assembling the bike - look at the videos before assembly and it will be clear how to proceed). However, an electrical problem caused it to not operate properly. Contacted Eskute customer support and we tried several attempts to fix the problem. Jade was responsive and worked with the technical staff to try and solve the issue. Finally, it was determined that it was best to return the bike for full credit. The bike itself is non-returnable as noted on Amazon. The process for returns worked well. Jade took care of all the details, and the full refund was applied through Amazon. I have purchased a replacement T300 e-trike through Amazon. It arrived quickly, again no problems with delivery or assembly or operation. It works great and I enjoy riding it in our neighborhood. email with Eskute customer support worked well. Not immediate returns but response within 2 days was reliable. Phone support during their business hours was ok but normally had to refer to customer support. Good solid e-trike and I consider it a good value for the price. As said, I normally do not write reviews but Eskute was an exceptional company with great customer service.

Probably not a good choice for anyone over 5'8". It was for my wife who is 5'4" and fine for her, I am 6' and it is way too small for me. Arrived with 1 flat tire, cut at the valve stem, they sent me another tube without question. The throttle is touchy and it will do a wheely IF you are not very gentle with it. I added 2 mirrors from Walmart. Headlight does ot work, brake light does, she wont be riding it at night so no big deal. Overall for the Price it is a good deal. pretty easy to assemble.
