We have used the ebikes several times on 4-5 hour trails with no issues with batteries. We use them locally for grocery trips, park visits and trips to our pickelball courts. We drive our car much less. Hills are easily navigated and rides are fun. We are both in our mid 70s. We recently purchased a car rack so we can visit bike trails all over the country. We also invested in Sena PI communication gear for our helmets so we can talk and enjoy music on our long scenic rides. Our only issue is we wish we had bought these bikes sooner. I was very excited to get the pink Eskute city bike, until I took it for a ride. Don't get me wrong, it's fun and battery lasts a long time. But I had an electric bike before this oné and that first ebike went a lot faster even though they both claimed to go 20mph max speed. I definitely felt the difference between the two. Also I wasn't able to keep up with my friends whom also have different ebikes that claim to go up to 20mph yet I'm always the one tryna keep up... Yep, very last. Everything about this ebike is perfect except for the fact that if it were able to keep up with the other bikes that truly do go as fast as they claim. ... show more

This is my first electric bike and what a great choice I made. I’m addicted! It’s comfortable, smooth, sharp looking and perfect size for my 5’6” height. I assembled it myself (67 year old woman) and have to admit the instructions could be clearer but I managed in about 90 minutes, taking my time. It would be nice if there was more information on how to operate as I’d never ridden one before. However, it didn’t take long for me to figure it out and rode 4 miles my initial ride. Did not work at first and took 2 1/2 weeks for support to get back to them they finally sent a new battery… after almost 4 weeks with a heavy non working bike… finally got it figured out…

I just purchased two of these. Delivery was very fast. Assembly was easy ( I would use the you tube video instead of the provided instructions). The bikes seem very high quality for the price, rides smooth and easy. Seat is comfortable. I will update after having more time to ride them.
