The couch looks great and feels solid. I managed to assemble it myself, which was a plus, though the storage section does spring up quickly—so be careful with that. I couldn’t get a couple of the last screws to fit that secure the sections together, but it still holds well. I waited until we’ve had this couch a few months to do this review, and I’m still very happy we bought it! The price was fantastic. Putting it together was super simple, and I love that it has a charger in the side and a pull out piece to make some more room for everyone. It’s a little more firm than our last couch, but we don’t mind it at all. Just don’t expect something that you’re going to sink into. The media could not be loaded. Easy to assemble, easy to pull out bed, recommend getting a mattress topper for sleeping because it's not very comfortable to sleep on. Comfortable and spacious to sit on. Storage compartment is perfect for stowing pillows/blankets. Smaller than expected, but beautiful color and seems well made. This is actually more than what I expected!!! First time buying furniture here from Amazon and I wish I had room to buy another one to make it a huge couch for the family!! The instructions were easy to follow. Nice room to store extra blankets in!! GREAT PRICE!!! 1000% recommend!!!

When received the hinges on the chaise lounger storage compartment were ripped/stripped out. There screws were not stripped, but the particle board (or whatever the interior wood component is) ripped out during shipment. I am unable to use the storage feature as a result. Due to an injury I was unable to disassemble and repack for return shipping, as my help was leaving and unable to do it for me so I was forced to accept a partial refund as a result. I would much rather be able to use the storage feature. It is very disappointing. Otherwise, I like the sofa. It fits my small living room just right, the seating is very firm and feels sturdy. The pull out extension of the sofa is slightly softer than the sofa itself. Had there been no damage and additional problems with resolving it I would not hesitate to rate at 4 or more. ... show more

I got this for my daughter for her bday.. it ended up taking a very long time to get. (Pkg actually got lost in canada apparently) i asked for a refund bcuz it said it wouldnt arrive. But we were shocked to see it show up! It came in 2 large boxes. It isnt super heavy. My daughter actually put it together herself very easily. She uses it as her bed every night. And she enjoys it. She says it is comfortable. It fit in her room nicely. Hopefully it lasts her a long time. So far so good. For that price though, it is a very good deal.
