This is just a preliminary "feedback", more to come after settling with seller on a defect. We purchased this gorgeous canopy on June 22, 2022. It arrived July 6th, 2022. The box was a shambles, to hold it together, they cellophane wrapped it and it was still wide open on one end. Early morning on the 7th, my husband and I, both retired and still very capable of assembling this purchase, began our project. The directions were non vocabulary descriptive. The pictures were enough to be able to assemble. All the parts necessary except 72 pieces of part N. Everything went smoothly and we were looking forward to being finished within 20 minutes. After placing the main, large canopy cover over the top, we found a hole, due to lack of stitching and more area's ready to create holes because of lack of stitching. There was a stain and a seam that was not sewn shut. This is a huge disappointment! Seller is contacted, we requested a replacement. I took pictures from start to finish, box and all. I believe if the replaced canopy cover is created with quality and care, this will turn out to be stunning and we will highly recommend this product. The frame is very good, strong, stable construction with bolts. There are holes in the base plates for screws to anchor the frame for additional stability. The fabric thickness is quite acceptable. The stitching is honestly-awful!! This is the worst stitching I’ve ever seen. I’m pretty certain, if we can come to a positive settlement with the seller, I will find a way to reinforce the stitching. If the seller sends a replacement- my review would ring bells and fireworks of happiness. Tune-in for hopefully a happy ending to this experience. Seller claims they do not have 72 pieces of part N available to them. We are supposed to wait until they receive them, then they will send them out. Still suggesting we sew the holes on the large canopy!!! Reminder, without the part N- we can NOT hang the screen or curtains. It remains simply a roof and nothing else!!! Update: July 17th almost one month since delivery. NO REPLACEMENT CANOPY AND STILL CAN NOT HANG CURTAINS OR SCREENS BECAUSE I DID NOT RECEIVE THE 72 PIECES NECESSARY TO DO THAT!!! 08-02-2022 It’s been awhile since my last post, but I now have good news We were sent a new canopy and the 72 pieces needed to hang both curtain and screen. I can not believe it. I was relentless, I begged and sent a picture showing what we were stuck with. I’m recalling my claim now that they full filled their responsibilities. This is the second gazebo we have owned in 3 years. The first was a different brand. This was more difficult to assemble as you have to screw all of the pieces together so working on the “roof” you are working a lot above your head which is difficult. The other one had the pin locking system which was much easier. This one is also only 12x10 at the corner overhang. The posts are more like 11x9. Posts are not very heavy and I suspect we will have trouble in the wind. We will try to screw it down to the deck. The screens attach on the outside which may not be a big deal but ours is snug around the deck so trying to work from the outside was difficult. I would put the curtain rail on once you assemble the B/C and D/E pieces otherwise, again you are working above your head on the outside of the canopy. The drainage grommets seem like we will just get wet if we try to use it in the rain. We are hoping to get a more permanent solution so hopefully this lasts the year. It’s not all bad, just comparing to the first we had. The rotating corner for the canopy is awesome and makes putting the top on much easier. Will update after a rain or storm 😬 ... show more

Takes at least two people, third set of hands would be better. It is a nice size though. Was a little hard to find rug for the inside. Perfect fit for loveseat rockers though.

    • We bought this to use as a vendor booth ... HUGE mistake.
This is no doubt a nice looking canopy. I'll give it that. But setup and tear down ... once was enough. Honestly, I'm going to try to sell it and buy something else, but if I ever DO set it up again it'll be once and only once more. This thing comes with 36 different parts and screws. I even tried to save time and assembled as much of it as I could at home before taking it to a festival and it still took me and my wife an hour and a half with our arms above our heads and on a ladder trying to screw in the bajillionth screw and another hour and a half doing the reverse in the dark. You can NOT assemble this without at least two people. The instructions go from "put on legs" to "well hey, it's up, look at that!" skipping a much needed explanation of how the hell you're suppose to hover this thing in midair while you put the legs on or how you're suppose to put on legs 2 and 3 without bending the crap out of leg 1 and the sides. The material isn't strong enough to even support its own weight until fully assembled. Also, it comes with a little dinky L-key and cereal box toy of a wrench and you can't substitute, say a cordless screwdriver because it won't fit into most of the areas where the screws are. My fingers were cramped from these wee tools. Once assembled, again, it's a very nice looking canopy. Can't really comment on the durability as a) we only used it once and b) we added a tarp "wall" which caught air and moved the canopy quite a bit, but in fairness I can't comment on how the wind affects it without that add-on. Bottom line: If you're going to assemble this once and leave it on your deck or whatever, this is a very nice looking canopy (though a bit overpriced for what you get, I think). If you're looking for a quick setup and teardown canopy for events ... LMAO ... no. ... show more

It is good-looking - just like in the seller’s pictures, sturdy, roomy, and the customer service for one small issue (that was our fault) absolutely impeccable. We are bug bite-free and the dogs adore the shade too. We chose to put the legs in plant pots filled with river stone and it hasn’t moved through the past few NJ storms. The hexagon shape helps. There’s a bit of rust in some areas after more than a year exposed to the elements, but not really noticeable yet. Planning to treat it with anti-rust. ... show more
