Originally looked at the less expensive polycarbonate roof ones but needed more coverage /sun blocking they look dark in pictures but it's a tinted brown plastic you will roast under it . Ok this may be the longest review I write in my life but since this thing took 5 full days of our lives there's some things that need to be told about it. First 2 adults 5 days @ 4hrs per day! Next open the box w "E" on it before all others. This is key because the instructions are in that box which doesn't make much sense since they go a through e but yep that's where you want to be. Then get your screws and take one of each to your hardware/big box store and add 1 inch to the size of ALL of them or you will be sorry and this could shave off a day of work BELIEVE ME! NEXT GET a role of Brown packing tape you will need it to hold those "Z" CLIPS in place . When we figured this out it was a game changer as was having the longer screws Don't tighten anything till your done and for your own sake get an actual ALlen Key set with a comfortable grip also have a pair of vice grip plyers near by .. DONT USE A DRILL ON THIS THING- BELIEVE ME THIS IS ALL NEEDED. 2 NOT 1 , BUT 2 Extra tall ladders are needed Last the drapes they are a hassle but eventually they get sorted out. When done get some clear caulk and go to town - for the price it's good . We assembled on our deck and it's elevated and up against our house so .. space and access wass limited but we made it work . Not sure how it will stand up to NJ winters and winds but for now it's good and if we get 2 seasons out of it we will be glad. Tips : buy longer screws for all areas 2 tall ladders Your own Allen keys & grip plyers Tape for Z clips Patience Patience Patience Good luck & - we will update review after we have finished first summer with it **UPDATE- 9/2023 OK QUICK UPDATE we installed first week of May 2023 and had a heck of a summer with lots of wind and rain and I'm happy to say this held up perfectly! Strong and no leaks đź‘Ť definitely take your time you will be very happy with it. **UPDATE MAY 2024 OK one blizzard and several storms later ....and in April 2024 we had an earthquake - and you won't believe that this thing is still standing! Not one panel lose! We had wildfire smoke and winds, heavy rains and flooding, an earthquake, and tons of snow and no issue. Key is to get a snow rake and before the snow comes buy a big clear tarp and toss it over the top. Use ropes to tie it to the inside of the roof. The tarp will make the snow slide off and not freeze or clog spaces in the roof. Can't say enough good things about this gazebo worth every penny!

So far so good. We have had it for almost a year now and it is great. Some small leeks here and there. It has held up very well against the snow and the rain. Even more importantly it has stood up against the high winds we sometimes get here. Over all very happy. P.S. it does take at he very least 3 people to install. NO JOKE

And the roof installation is difficult. The Instructions are OK, but need to be a little more detailed. The roof sections are quite difficult to install but not impossible. You don’t always have two people to help you install it.

I know that two people can do it but we weren't those people. We called in friends and family for a "gazebo raising" party. It still took a few days because it was very hot. There are a few You Tube videos on assembling this structure that are worth watching ahead of time. Other than that we absolutely love it.

Terrible company. I bought an expensive gazebo from them. My contractor did his best to install it with minimal directions. It does not work. We tried calling them, emailing them, and they just stopped responding. Absolutely outrageous. What a ripoff.

I'm about 50% happy with this product. Some of the assembly instructions were vague, and I had to figure them out myself. Some parts were missing, and I had to wait almost a month to get the missing parts comingfrom China. I didn't know this product was from China (which explains the quality of the product). I believe this product is too expensive for what it is.
