We just lo e out canopy! Best buy for the yard ever. Building it was definitely a bit of a challenge and you definitely need at least 2 people. All parts were in package (keep them organized), no damage. To us the trickiest were the roof parts. We suggest using double sided tape for the "triangle" parts to keep it as one to slide into the frame. It was much easier that way than sliding them in separately. Other than that, great built and very sturdy.

As the title says it is not for the faint of heart to assemble. But now that I have it up. I love it. Great value for the money and I feel it will hold up a long time versus the others with a canopy top made of cloth. Be sure to clear your day when putting together as it will take you all day. The instructions say minimum 3 people. I would say atleast 2 but with some enginuity I was able to put it up alone.

This ended up looking great. The bad points...a lot of the pieces were dented, or rusty. The directions are terrible, if you haven't built anything, you will need help from someone who has. Overall, once we straightened and figured it out, it looks great. Curtains and nets are great quality. For the money this was a good buy. Doesn't leak as it overlaps.

Can't comment on many things because can't get it put together completely. The roof panels do not go into frame very well and no instructions on assisting in that part of installation. What happened to the instructions that used to come with products where they actualy told you in writing how to install. The straight panels went together after a lot of struggling, but the angled corners just do not go in easily, even with 2-3 people working on it. Biggest piece of crap ever bought.

Love the gazebo now that it is done, but what a pita to put the roof together. It was not easy and the instructions were thrown out (do what works for you with those sliding panels because they really are that awful to get both pieces in each section up at the same time - why didn't they just make it one panel or have a bracket between them like other gazebos?!?!?!). Other gazebos have easier systems that make more sense for their construction. If I had known, I would have bought one of those. I live in hurricane country so I don't look forward to having to dismantle and put back together if the need arises. In fact, I may just sell it if I have to because it was that big of a pain!!

So I was skeptical at first reading the reviews about the assembly and how long and difficult people claimed it to be. Well this gazebo is absolutely gorgeous and worth every penny! It’s so sturdy and I had one man put it together all by himself in the rain and only took him about 4hrs and that was with smoke breaks in between lol. Money well spent. Now my backyard is complete. I bought this one not only because it’s beautiful but I live in NY and it can withhold heavy snowfall.

It wasn’t until 5 months after receiving this canopy that we were able to assemble it due to weather. When we unpacked the roof pieces we noticed a discoloration on some of the panels. I notified the seller and got an immediate response to address the problem. I received replacement panels within a few days. The customer service was incredible. The canopy looks beautiful and I would highly recommend ordering anything from this company. Fantastic quality and care.
