Wish the product came with a way to get an electronic copy of the installation instructions, lost mine during a freak rainstorm. Main frame structure takes 4+ people to install, but solid design construction. BE SURE NOT TOO OVER TORQUE ANY OF THE DOOR AND WINDOW FRAMES!! It will cause you issues. Some of my parts were bent/damaged a bit, but fixable. Other than that, this Sunroom/Gazebo with all four sides that have sliding doors and windows is really GREAT. If I could recommend some additional touches to another version of this, would be to add some sort of handles to the doors and locks. I would pay a little extra for those items that I am adding myself with a CNC and 3D printer.

This arrived in 11 boxes - large, heavy boxes requiring two people to move them. My husband and I decided it was more than we wanted to do so we hired our usual general contractor to assemble this. It took him and his helper 48 hours and cost me more than the structure itself. The posts and roof went up lickety-split. It was the doors/wall panels that were the stumbling block. The instructions are incomprehensible, even to those of us who have assembled many things with only drawings and no words. Eventually I found a video on YouTube that put us in the right direction, and now it is complete. My contractor did comment that he has never worked on a flat pack item with such excellent engineering - the pieces and screw holes never failed to line up perfectly. We also had a teak tile floor installed to help reduce drafts from under the deck. It is a beautiful structure, and we are really pleased with it. Furniture will go in after the rug relaxes. I would not say don't buy it but go into the project with your eyes wide open. Because of the assembly difficulties, I was torn between three and four stars. The quality of the finished product won me over to four stars.

The only problem I had was that the packages were very heavy and a few parts were bent, but customer service quickly resolved my issue. The sunroom is very beautiful and sturdy, but assembling it took several days. However, I am satisfied with my purchase.

Not easy to build. Bad instruction manual. Parts need to be labeled better in and out side of pole. Need to change mame of doors and show how to make it a reverse door. AB to BA. If your not builder inclined you will never get it built

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! Missing parts that we have to wait on, damaged parts, had to fabricate our own parts to move on and the directions are very hard to follow!! The company gets back to you right away, but they skirt around , as to not get in trouble with Amazon.. Amazon was helpful at first, then they closed my case because I did not supply a tracking # for a return, when I clearly stated I would NOT be taking the gazebo down! I am very disappointed in Amazon, as I have been a loyal customer for years and they can clearly see I have been bantering back and forth with this 3rd party seller for OVER a month

Great sunroom! It’s not the easiest to put together, but it’s like building an adult LEGO set — challenging yet satisfying. If you enjoy putting things together, you’ll love the result!

The first thing to advise is that do Not attempt to assemble this product in the middle of summer because the metal gets too hot to handle and the project will take much longer to complete. The second thing is that you really do need 3-4 people to complete this task in a timely fashion. The product arrived in six boxes within 7 days of placing the order which was faster than anticipated. It takes 3hours to unbox and inventory the parts to ensure that there are no missing parts. This is a critical step. We were lucky and had everything. There a million pieces and some of vert small. You have to keep up the the pieces. The labeling on the pieces is confusing to me. There are AD pieces and DA. There is AC and CA and so on. Got to pay attention. The screws are nicely bagged with clear labels. It took us 3 days to complete but could have been done to 2 if it were not so hot which caused us to taker repeated breaks. I like the finished product do far and it was as advertised.
