Loved the look this gazebo gave my patio. Instructions were provided and installation took several weekends with two people. Added some solar lights and a fire pit and ta-da a cozy space. Provides nice shade in the summer. We have had 40+ miles winds these last couple of weeks and it has not budged. Very sturdy during the wind storm. It also has been raining, and this gazebo can withstand cold (>20 degrees Fahrenheit), windy, rainy weather. Have not seen any leaks!

This has survived spring/summer wind & rain in the midwest. It has a lot of screws etc but they are very organized, labeled & secure on cardboard. Instructions for assembly could be a bit more clear. The YouTube video we found wasn’t very helpful either. We basically did trial and error on the roof panels. It definitely is a two person job. We love it and would purchase it again. We think it’s a great value for the money!

I purchased this item on 3/6/26. When putting it together I realized that the holes in parts D, E5 and L2 where stripped. I contacted Erommy on from the date of 3/12/26 thru 3/18/26 asking for them to replace the defective parts. After several back-and-forth messages they would not send the parts. And if I return the entire Gazebo, I will have to pay over $600 for shipping at my own expense. See all of our messages below. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Mar 12, 2026 12:16 PM ME: When assembling the professional model 12 x 14, we encountered defects in many of the roof pieces where the screws were meant to be inserted. Could you please send me a replacement set? I will return the broken pieces as well as any other pieces that are not needed. Thank you. The issue occurred because the first screw was tightened too much during assembly. Since the holes are designed as slotted holes, over‑tightening the first screw can cause slight misalignment, making it hard to insert the following screws. Simply loosen the first screw a little bit and you will be able to install the other screws smoothly. It was a lot of work putting together the gazebo. There were no written instructions, only pictures. The end product looks great. It came in 2 very heavy boxes. The delivery guy dumped it at the end of my driveway. Half of it was in the road. Because of him dumping it, some of the pieces were bent. We were able to use a mallet to hammer out the dents.

Great quality! Sure is overwhelming at first, but when done worth all the effort. Sturdy, well made arrived on time (super quick). Assembled on my own, except for raising and fastening the extension bars off the center. Great brand definitely recommend. Also took the tip from someone else to tape (used painters tape) the slides on the roof so they do not move when installing, glad I did. Tape was easy to remove after.

We LOVE this gazebo. I’ve seen other reviews say it came in four boxes but ours came in two on the same day. Putting together, it was mainly a husband and wife team with help from our friends for the framing of roof. Two people could have done it but they were here and offered. FOLLOW THE STEPS. If you follow the steps in order ( don’t take short cuts ) it’s time consuming but worth it. We feel it’s sturdy and it’s been in its first storm and survived. We did anchor it to our deck. When you’re installing the curtains/ screen . Keep in mind two things. They both go INSIDE the poles and curtains are inner track and screen on outer. They are simple to clip in just make sure you have the long and short sides on the correct sides. So you’re not doing and undoing. Would 100% by this again. We recently had a party and got so many compliments on it and a few even asked us for the link to purchase their own.

Some of this was shipped to me and when I got ready to assemble it, it was missing a package. The instructions like the other reviewer, said, i'm no good. I got two packages four the f items that we're supposed to be 4 each of the same item, but in one of them, I got 2 mixed. In the same package and my husband had to cut it with the metal cutter for it to fit the right way. Although this item looks beautiful once it's finished, I would have never bought it had I known it would take more than three days to assemble. The instructions we're just images and numbers, and I Had to search for a video to help us understand how to assemble some of the parts. It wasnt easy. Some of the metal parts in the box were dented.
