This Item is Flimsy and unstable DO NOT purchase! The side flaps barely stay up even when staked down. The customer service is horrendous I contacted them for a return they charge you to ship the return back, they charge a restocking fee. Here is a direct quote from the correspondence i have had with them. "We are so sorry that we really want to help you with return issue, even pick up service and prepaid shipping label, however, the warehouse which has the item in stock does not have such service. We are also so heartbroken. Returning the item will take more time and effort so we do not recommend it. We have applied for a $10 compensation for you and you can still keep it. You can also try reselling it locally." AVOID this Product and AVOID this seller!!!!

Love these. We had a family and friends get together. They worked just right for what I needed them for. Only thing I would change is the poles for the flaps need feet to anchor. We could not figure out how to keep the flaps up. So we tied them up high to our sheds and trees that were close enough and to each other. I bought 2 of them.

LOVE THIS CANOPY! My daughter and I assembled without too much agony and disassembled also. I would not recommend leaving out in the rain storm, but for a shaded area it works very very well.

I receive the text and soon found problems were the tubing connected together. It appears the tubes in the area they come together had been flatten out a little and putting the tent up produce damage on the top of the tube and weaken the tubes. The plastic clamps fall off; the head of the screw just goes through it and does not do anything. I have email EROMMY with to date no reply. I call the 888 number and after hearing that they are connecting me the phone is disconnected. You cannot return Amazon the instructions having you return it to EMOMMY. When I submitted a return, I received an email through Amazon with EROMMY requesting pictures which you cannot due their website. The email did not provide any contact information.
