Loved the look this gazebo gave my patio. Instructions were provided and installation took several weekends with two people. Added some solar lights and a fire pit and ta-da a cozy space. Provides nice shade in the summer. We have had 40+ miles winds these last couple of weeks and it has not budged. Very sturdy during the wind storm. It also has been raining, and this gazebo can withstand cold (>20 degrees Fahrenheit), windy, rainy weather. Have not seen any leaks!

This has survived spring/summer wind & rain in the midwest. It has a lot of screws etc but they are very organized, labeled & secure on cardboard. Instructions for assembly could be a bit more clear. The YouTube video we found wasn’t very helpful either. We basically did trial and error on the roof panels. It definitely is a two person job. We love it and would purchase it again. We think it’s a great value for the money!

Bought this product due to some of the good reviews. Not disappointed at all. Shipment was earlier than expected. All 4 boxes arrived at the same time. Remember there are 4 boxes to this kit. All boxes arrived with very little to no damage, just some surface breakage. No damage to any of the product. Since the product arrived earlier than expected, the build started earlier too. Took 5 hrs for myself to spread a tarp out (since building on my new resurfaced deck), spread out all the framing parts, inventory them, and build the complete frame. The instructions don't have text on them, but if you look them over carefully and study the parts, it's a piece of cake. At least for me. I stopped at putting the roofing panels on, because it got warm and late in the day. 4 days later I put the roof on, by myself (well, wife handed some parts). Here is a small hint when putting the roof panels on. This helped me put them up and keep them up until time to bolt them on. Use the very long 6mm bolts and slide them in at the bottom of the panel, where the regular bolts go through. Just the bolts no nuts, they are there just to keep the panels in place until they are all up on one side. I only put a couple in each panel.. Then put the regulars bolts in with the spacers. I did this with the small top roof section and the large bottom section. Made it a one person job. The roofing part took another 3 hrs, but I was in no hurry. I did need help in getting the bolts and nut tight. Remember don't tighten all bolts until sections are level (uprights and angle brackets), all roofing supports are in, and also wait until all panels are in before getting them tight. Only had one problem with one hole, loosen a few bolts and everything came together. Been using it everyday. I recommend it.

Great quality! Sure is overwhelming at first, but when done worth all the effort. Sturdy, well made arrived on time (super quick). Assembled on my own, except for raising and fastening the extension bars off the center. Great brand definitely recommend. Also took the tip from someone else to tape (used painters tape) the slides on the roof so they do not move when installing, glad I did. Tape was easy to remove after.

I purchased this item on 3/6/26. When putting it together I realized that the holes in parts D, E5 and L2 where stripped. I contacted Erommy on from the date of 3/12/26 thru 3/18/26 asking for them to replace the defective parts. After several back-and-forth messages they would not send the parts. And if I return the entire Gazebo, I will have to pay over $600 for shipping at my own expense. See all of our messages below. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Mar 12, 2026 12:16 PM ME: When assembling the professional model 12 x 14, we encountered defects in many of the roof pieces where the screws were meant to be inserted. Could you please send me a replacement set? I will return the broken pieces as well as any other pieces that are not needed. Thank you. The issue occurred because the first screw was tightened too much during assembly. Since the holes are designed as slotted holes, over‑tightening the first screw can cause slight misalignment, making it hard to insert the following screws. Simply loosen the first screw a little bit and you will be able to install the other screws smoothly. When my third gazebo got wrecked by the wind I went with a hardtop model. Chose this one because of looks and price. It arrives in 4 separate boxes so wait for them all to arrive as the parts are spread out among them. It took me, my son-in-law and my teenage grandson about 7 hours to put it together. There are a lot of pieces and a ton of hardware. (Hint: Get a portable drill and a hex bit to make the process easier.) The assembly instructions are all pictures and sometimes it was difficult to determine the correct sequence of the installation. But overall it looks great and hopefully this one will withstand the wind. Looking forward to hanging my lights and enjoying a cold beverage in the shade.
