  • Great outdoor escape. Great outdoor escape.
Color: Brown Size: 10'x13'
Bought this product due to some of the good reviews. Not disappointed at all. Shipment was earlier than expected. All 4 boxes arrived at the same time. Remember there are 4 boxes to this kit. All boxes arrived with very little to no damage, just some surface breakage. No damage to any of the product. Since the product arrived earlier than expected, the build started earlier too. Took 5 hrs for myself to spread a tarp out (since building on my new resurfaced deck), spread out all the framing parts, inventory them, and build the complete frame. The instructions don't have text on them, but if you look them over carefully and study the parts, it's a piece of cake. At least for me. I stopped at putting the roofing panels on, because it got warm and late in the day. 4 days later I put the roof on, by myself (well, wife handed some parts). Here is a small hint when putting the roof panels on. This helped me put them up and keep them up until time to bolt them on. Use the very long 6mm bolts and slide them in at the bottom of the panel, where the regular bolts go through. Just the bolts no nuts, they are there just to keep the panels in place until they are all up on one side. I only put a couple in each panel.. Then put the regulars bolts in with the spacers. I did this with the small top roof section and the large bottom section. Made it a one person job. The roofing part took another 3 hrs, but I was in no hurry. I did need help in getting the bolts and nut tight. Remember don't tighten all bolts until sections are level (uprights and angle brackets), all roofing supports are in, and also wait until all panels are in before getting them tight. Only had one problem with one hole, loosen a few bolts and everything came together. Been using it everyday. I recommend it. ... show more

  • Great looking and high quality but a bear to put up.
Color: Brown Size: 10'x13'
When my third gazebo got wrecked by the wind I went with a hardtop model. Chose this one because of looks and price. It arrives in 4 separate boxes so wait for them all to arrive as the parts are spread out among them. It took me, my son-in-law and my teenage grandson about 7 hours to put it together. There are a lot of pieces and a ton of hardware. (Hint: Get a portable drill and a hex bit to make the process easier.) The assembly instructions are all pictures and sometimes it was difficult to determine the correct sequence of the installation. But overall it looks great and hopefully this one will withstand the wind. Looking forward to hanging my lights and enjoying a cold beverage in the shade. ... show more

  • Overall this gazebo is nice and good looking Overall this gazebo is nice and good looking
Color: Brown Size: 10'x13'
Overall this gazebo is really nice. It looks good and as long as you have decent knowledge of how to put things together, building it isn't too bad. The directions are pretty straightforward as far as picture style directions go. There aren't really any words to help explain some of the pictures so you'll need to be patient or have a good understanding of how to build something with only a visual representation. The directions at the beginning say you'll need 3 people and with the exception of when we put the main frame together we were able to build it with mostly just one person. Three were needed for the frame and two for the roof panels. Everything else could be done with one person. The holes all seemed to line up as long as you don't tighten everything down first. Get the bolts or screws for a particular section all in first and then tighten them before moving on to the next section and you shouldn't have too much trouble. The worst and most confusing part (for us any way) was actually putting up the screen and curtains. The directions make it appear as if the screen goes up first but in reality it's the curtains that do. Also you'll want to line up the curtains and the screen with the corner clip/hook before just clipping them into the rails up top. If you don't you'll end up taking them down and redoing it like we to because the directions don't tell you this or really anything when it comes to the curtains and screen. We choose to anchor the gazebo into our concrete patio. I would suggest going to Lowe's or Home Depot to get 1/4" concrete anchors instead of the very cheap looking ones that are provided in the kit. After everything was done the gazebo turned out to be good looking and provides a lot of shade. When the wind picks up it does sway a bit but nothing to bad. Probably would be way worse if we hadn't anchored it to the concrete. ... show more

  • Excellent Gazebo Excellent Gazebo
Color: Brown Size: 10'x13'
Can't fault anything with this gazebo. It took several hours to put it together but worth every minute looking back. We have had it up for close to 6 months and still love it. I ran electric to it, installed a fan and lights into the top which also adds to the richness of it. I did have a slight issue with one net but that was my dogs fault not the company. I contacted the company and their customer service was superb and they fixed the issue. I was skeptical about ordering this at first because of comments in some reviews regarding damage in shipping but so glad I did. I highly recommend this gazebo, just be prepared to spend the time assembling it but it is well worth the effort and will last for years and looks great. ... show more

Color: Brown Size: 10'x13'
1st know that this comes in 4 boxes. (The company informs you of this and they may come on different days than what is listed in your orders page). If you can put together Legos you can put together this. It’s just pictures in the instructions, just like Legos. This was very well packed and wrapped to prevent damage. All the pieces were quality metal parts. (I purchased another one slightly larger from a different manufacturer and a number of the same pieces were plastic and looked cheap). Don’t over tighten the bolts especially on the roof to give yourself some wiggle room to get everything to line up with the right holes. It took a good two days to put it together but we stopped during the hottest part of the day, 1-4 in FL. You will need a step ladder, two even better. Two people are a must if you want to avoid frustration and pain. Overall, very happy with how it turned out and great value. Will be sipping wine and enjoying the shade all summer. ... show more

  • No concern once you pay for it.
Color: Brown Size: 10'x13'
Terrible customer support, with no care for customers who have purchased their products. When I investigated them on the better business bureau, it is clear they do not care. My expensive gazebo which was supposed to be designed for 65mph winds was damaged by a far less severe windstorm. Two of the legs were damaged and I simply wanted to buy replacement parts. I wasn't even looking to claim this as a warranty item. Upon contacting the company, my voicemail message was unreturned, when I was put on hold, I was hung up on 3 times. Finally through email I was told they would not support orders from Amazon and I had to contact the Amazon group for assistance. This customer support group told me to contact someone else. When they finally answered, I was told they can't get me two legs and they no longer make that model, even though it is still on sale on Amazon. I now have a $1,000 pile of worthless junk. ... show more

  • Great Gazebo
Color: Brown Size: 10'x13'
It is really a nice gazebo, attractive, easy to assemble ( take it slow it won’t happen quick!) and it is week made. I was really impressed with the fit and finish of the unit. I looked at a whole bunch before picking this one and I am glad I did. Do you homework- read the instructions and inventory you parts get at least one helper and two would when better to get the framing up. After that it can be a one man job until you are ready to move it into place ... show more

  • Difficult to Assemble!
Color: Brown Size: 10'x13'
As the headline says, it is difficult to assemble. The instruction manual is all drawings with no word instructions. It shows you what items to gather for each step of the assembly. Some screws are also difficult to thread and force may be needed. Installing the roof panels will definitely stress you out. The clips that you attach to them will pop out when you slide the panel into the frame. Figure out your own way on how you want to keep them in place. I know I did Also, a thing to point out, this gazebo is advertised as heat insulating and UV-Resistant. You'll learn that just a few minutes of sun exposure on the parts that they are hot to the touch. When I finally finished assembling the gazebo, the roof absorbs a lot of heat which makes the inside of the gazebo pretty warm. Good Luck! Pros: Sturdy Looks good Curtains are good quality Cons: Difficult to install Instruction manual is terrible Absorbs a lot of heat ... show more
