We purchased this 10 x 13 gazebo a couple months ago. We had to break up the build time due to rain and limited time. The more hands the better when assembling. There were 2.5 of us (one of us was available half the time). I did appreciate everything being labeled (including the screws, nuts, and bolts). For the most part, it was easy to assemble. Hand drills are recommended for faster process. It's very solid/sturdy and roomy. It provides plenty of shade and coverage from the outside elements. I absolutely love it and recommend it. It is worth the money.

We purchased the 10’x13’ gazebo from Erommy. It arrived over three days in five boxes. All parts are labeled and packaged well. Before you attempt to assemble, take an inventory, familiarize yourself with the parts and read all the directions. You WILL need two people to assemble it. A cordless drill will speed things up. The roof is quite high so put the finials on prior to attaching the upper roof to the corner rafters. The first thing you put up is the legs and top rails. Once you get that far BOLT IT DOWN TO YOUR DECK OR PATIO. THE instructions for putting on the roof panels are too vague. Follow the order they tell you to put the panels on but slide them in by aligning the slanted edge of the panel your instaling and the straight edge will be easier to get into place. Don’t be alarmed when it seems the panel wont fit. It will- just give that straight side a push and it WILL pop in. Put the screws in as you go. Its too hard to go back and put them in after all the panels are in. We had a tragic weather event just a week after we assembled our gazebo-an emergency alert was issued in the middle of the night-90mph winds-take cover immediately-very unusual in so eastern MA. We were away at a funeral and came home to find trees uprooted all around our neighborhood and our gazebo RIPPED right off the deck in totality, thrown on its roof (see the photos) in our garden. In desperation I contacted Erommy asking for help and they offered to replace any parts we needed! Within a week they delivered a new gazebo. I have NEVER had a company be so generous and kind. I was floored! We immediately got to work and had our replacement up in under 24hours. I wholeheartedly recommend the 10’x13’ Erommy gazebo and the company. Between my own faults of breaking a board ( totally my fault ) trying to get it replaced. To the quality of the product that I've received ( popped welds, bent pieces, missing pieces). This is by far the worst thing I've ever spent money on in my entire 42 years on this earth. This company will take months maybe even years to get back to you. I still haven't heard back from them to get a replacement board and it's been months as in multiple. I said screw it and try to figure out my own,it worked okay, I guess. So I'm trying to put this thing together so that I can enjoy it this summer as anybody purchasing this would want to do and the metal framing for the roof has popped welds it's just crap, it is the worst quality thing I have ever experienced in my life. The wood is Hollow it is not solid wood as advertised this is a completely false advertised item. You will order this and you will be stuck with it. it comes in five giant boxes that are very heavy, to get this sent back is going to be next to Impossible. When I brought up to the company about the beams being hollow and that that was false advertising because you advertised it as solid they offered me a $50 as they called it discount. Spend a couple extra bucks go to Costco go to Lowe's go to Home Depot buy from there do not buy this product this is crap buyer beware!!!!! And if I sound a little upset it's because I am I've been waiting 3 months to install this thing I finally because not receiving a message back from the company decided to do it and just handle it go to hardware stores whatever I needed to do to fix the issue that I had I fixed that as I'm going through the parts that I have to have something I can't just go replace welds are popped pieces are bent it's just crap I've already dealt with this company they already take months and months and months to get even just get back to you let alone actually send you something the parts that were missing took almost 2 months to get. I can't say it enough do not waste your money on this. At this point I hVe a $2000 paperweight. If you can't tell I'm not happy.

I read a lot of reviews before buying this one. overall I'd say most are spot on. I assembled this with my son over a weekend. **needed an extra person when we were installing the posts and cross beams. I'd say that the instructions were pretty good over all. The bags of screws were labeled properly as were all the parts. The sheer volume of screws for this thing will intimidate even a seasoned DIYer - there are A LOT of screws. Installed on 14' x 18' concrete patio and bought my own anchor screws to set the posts into the patio. The only hassle was the roof panels - they require a lot of patience and finesse - or just a lot of cursing. curtains and netting seem to work fine. You'll need to find a way to keep them from blowing around - I haven't found a good method yet. you can easily fit plastic ties between the roof struts and the roof panels if you want to run lights. we've had some heavy rains and everything stays dry underneath. I'm happy with my purchase and would buy this again
