We received the product fast, and it was easy to put together but that is the only reason that it got a 3 star. 3 out of the outer poles were dented from the zip ties were too tight. Also, the canvas had a stain on it. after sending pictures and messages to the company about these issues they refunded me $45 dollars. They said although this affects the appearance of the product, it does not affect the daily use of the product, nor does it affect the stability and safety of the product. I know we could have taken it apart and returned it for a refund, it just was not worth it. I really hope it lasts for a while. ... show more

According to the descriptions, it should be aluminum frame, but it steel and rusting, and cover’s color supposed to be a khaki but is off-white I try to reach out to the seller but no response from the seller and it’s so waste of money

Works great for my deck. I bought it 2 years ago and is still great. I’d like to buy a new awning (just the fabric), to replace the one it came with, and change up the color a little, but haven’t found it for sale yet. It gives great sun protection. I recommend it.
