The quality of the chair has been built amazingly well. I got this chair on Prime Days at $120 but the chair itself is worth $199, so it should be a good quality chair for the money. The instructions were really easy to follow with putting the chair together with the needed tools, etc. Overall comfort of the chair is very sturdy, the seat is cushioned proportionately and feels comfortable to sit in and the levers under the chair are ble to allow the chair to lean back, lift up and spin with no issues. I got the black leather chair and the overall appearance of the chair looks like a really nice expensive chair. I gave the chair a 3 due to a few things. 1. My wife is an autistic adult and likes the ability for the chairs to relax, allowing her to be able to rock in it. If you're looking for a stiff chair with no rocking ability, this is your chair. I would NOT RECOMMEND it for an autistic adult. 2. The footrest is horrible and completely unusable. There is no support at all. It's main support is basically fastened under the seat so when you pull the foot rest out, it makes the chair lean forward and makes it feel as though it will come apart at the bottom. What would have been nice is if there was a type of kick stand or metal bar to hold it up in the middle, so you can kick back and relax, not feel like you're falling out of your chair. 3. The final reason for the 3 star review is because the chair DOES NOT come with the pillow in the middle. It's misleading. So if you think you're going to be getting something to help support your back, look elsewhere lol this ain't it. Overall, the comfort of the chair is good, looks good, feels good and will be good for a work chair! Comfort for sitting in casually and chilling out in? Not so much. Update: The manufacturer was quick to reply saying they would give me a $20 refund and send me the lumbar pillow for back support. I have updated my previous review to that of 4 stars, but don't feel comfortable with it. I feel like they are fishing for good reviews. Hopefully they fix the manufacturing issues. Already my chair has decided to lean to one side and I don't know how to fix it. I've decided to reduce my review because the chair isn't that great and I am sad about it. It's a really comfortable chair and it's really good for working. However, I would not pay $200 for this chair, maybe $60 with all the issues.

This chair is so sturdy, easy to put together, and looks really nice. The material is super soft and it’s perfectly squishy but supportive. Soo comfortable with the locking recline and footrest. Massage feature was surprisingly strong and the heat feature works well. All around great purchase. Super happy!

The media could not be loaded. Sitting in this chair compared to my old one is like night and day. It's so comfy I might actually get through a work week with fewer shoulder aches and more productivity! This chair not only fits my desk height perfectly but also boasts a massage feature! If you want a nice relaxing chair this is for you. My mother is elderly and LOVES the heat and the massage. She weighs about 100 lbs, so when she sits back it has some resistance. But, when I get in the chair.....it goes back too easy! I'm 160 lbs. It says it has a locking device to avoid this issue, but the lock only stays in the one position. There is no tensioner for the back. So, a regular office chair you can rock a little bit and yet still be stiff enough to work in. I've never been in an office chair that had this issue. I want to be able to rock a little. This seems to me as either a really comfy chair, but not something for the office. Because, if you lean back you go WAY back. If you lock it you can't move forward in back easily. It's just a weird thing. Once you sit in it it's comfy, easy to put together, and is comfy if you want to relax or sleep.

The leg rest sucks doesn’t extend far enough barely holds your legs up because it goes down as soon your weight hits it. The back part does shift to one side you constantly have to beat it back in place. The vibration and heat is just okay. Could be way better. Don’t buy this chair unless you’re just using it to stage or home.
