    • Great chair, and relatively easy to put together

I really like this chair. It has good lumbar support, a nice neck/head rest with adjustable heights, and has a lever to move the seat itself forward or back. The back can lean back as far as you want, and can be locked in place with the same lever that controls the height of the seat on the usual sprung loaded height adjustment. This lever has to be pulled out to unlock and in to lock the back, and up to release the height lock when you're sitting on it. The only downside, was the building instructions. First, there are a couple of places where you'll need a helping hand or two, to hold things together while you screw them in, but the main issue was that the instructions referred to the various screws/bolts by letters, but none of the set of bolts had the letters on them. They were nicely laid out on a card with bubbles for each set, but you had to keep checking the size with the first page of the instructions to match up with the instructions. Minor issue in the end, but an unnecessary oversight in my opinion. Overall, a really nice chair, once you've put it together, although there aren't that many separate pieces, and it takes less than half an hour to put together. ... show more

The ergonomic design really does support the entire body, especially the lower back, which has been a problem area for me in the past. The backrest’s adjustability is a big plus; I found it easy to set to just the right angle for both focused work and a more relaxed position when needed. One feature I appreciate is the sliding seat function. It lets me adjust the depth to get just the right fit, which keeps my back supported even if I shift a bit. The cushioning feels thick and supportive without being too firm, and the mesh back keeps me from overheating, which I didn’t realize I needed until now. The armrests adjust smoothly, and while they don’t rotate, they’re solid and comfortable at a good height for typing and browsing. Assembly was simple enough, and I was able to put it together on my own within 25 minutes, which was a pleasant surprise. The parts felt durable, and everything lined up well, so no frustration there. I wouldn’t necessarily call it the sturdiest chair I’ve used, but it does seem built to hold up well over time with light-to-moderate daily use. ... show more

I am 5'4" female with a chubby shape and adjusted the headrest, back/lumbar height, seat position, tilt and arms height to be very comfortable and supportive. My husband is 6 ft with tall torso and could also adjust the chair to suit his preferred positions for programming or gaming. We both found the chair to be very comfortable once we adjusted it to our needs. He assembled the chair in 15 minutes. It rolls and spins easily and is of good construction. The seat cushion is firm.
