I have this same exact chair in black and purchased it on Wayfair. I LOVE IT! I wanted to take my old black chair and bring it to my office and order a new red one for my home office. I put the entire thing together and the bottom base is off, meaning, the chair wobbles and as I roll it on the ground, one of the wheels will always be suspended in air. VERY DISAPPOINTED! I tried everything! I adjusted the screws, took it apart and put it back together again and the issue still persists. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED! I will have to take it all apart and repackage it and bring it to UPS. Not happy!

I was able to assemble this chair in under 30 minutes. After doing so I tried it out and it is comfortable and provides firm support. However, the back of the chair is not independent of the seat of the chair. This means that when tilting back in the chair the seat will also tilt back. In other words, the back does not tilt back independent of the seat. Personally, for this reason I would never be able to use this chair for an extended period of time. However, my wife does not mind it so the chair will be going into her office. Additionally, some of the chair controls are a bit hard to get to and control so adjusting to the desired position is not very easy. Finally, there is no height adjustment on the arm rests so you just have to take the default height. Ultimately this is a good basic office chair, but it lacks some of the features and ergonomics of a more advanced office chair. I mainly gave it 4 stars vs. 3 stars because it does provide good firm support.

It was time to replace my existing office chair. I found this one and felt it was a good option at a fair price. Assembly instructions were spot on, and all parts went together easily. Unlike most, they even provided extra pack of screws just in case you lose one. The allen wrench tool they provided even has a T handle which made installing less effortless. everything appears high quality, and the castors move the chair with no problem. The height and back are adjustable to match the user's comfort. What I didn't like was the depth of the chair cushion. As you can see, I couldn't sit into the chair as much as I would find comfortable. For that reason, I could only rate it with four stars. If that type of chair is your preference, then I would recommend. This is well built chair.

This "Black" chair was well packed and required assembly. (I ordered Grey.) I consider myself reasonably handy and the unboxing, and assembly took me less than 25 minutes. Likes: - Easy Assembly - With good instructions - Screws separated and labeled. - No additional tools needed - Everything needed for assembly is included. - Constructed with steel legs and base, not plastic. - Very comfortable, but firm seat. - Comfortable and airy mesh seat back set at a good angle. - Fold-up armrests - For better storage under desk when not in use. - Sturdy and well made - I am 5'10" and 220lbs and the chair is rock solid. - By all appearances, it is very durable and should last for many years to come. Dislikes: - For the price, there was nothing I didn't like, other than I ordered "Grey" colored chair but received "Black" Please note that I didn't take of any stars for the color issue for the following reasons: 1. It's not the manufacturer's fault... Amazon is the one that got it wrong and sent out the wrong color. 2. When ordering, It was a toss-up and I only pick the grey because my desk is painted white. 3. With my eating habits, "black" is probably a better color for me in the long run. 4. I could have returned it and waited for the right one. Hint... I thought the following was a better method of armrest assembly: When attaching the arms, I left the six armrest screws very loose until I attached and tightened the back. That way the back is not stressed and is properly seated... then tightened the arms down to the seat. Why 5 Stars? I am sure that there are better chairs out there, but at what cost? I am rating this chair 5 stars because it is solid, comfortable and just plain nice for a chair in this price range! Conclusion: This chair more than exceeded my expectations! - I recommend!
