I am happy to share with you the truth. This chair is better than others from the $150 and below range-- and might be comparable to some at the $300 range--on Amazon. I can actually sit in it for an extended period of time. I can really set the lumbar support to fit my back. Overall, I am very happy with this chair; it rolls really good, too. I bought it to do coding, and I will be updating this if there are any issues with this chair. The chair does recline by the way. As the name of this office chair suggests, it is ergonomic, which makes it absolutely comfortable, because it significantly increases the flexibility. In addition to that, I like this chair for a couple of reasons: 1- it has a high back, which makes it usable for any person, and makes it easy for your neck to rest while you are working. 2- it has high hand rests, which supports my arm while working instead of hanging on the air. 3- it has breathable back which helps you if you sweat a lot like me! 4- the wheels are easily moving on the carpet and no issue with that. I like how the chair can be adjustable back and forth. Head support is great feature and the arms of the chair are useful since I can adjust them up and down. It’s worth the money.
