So kindly offered a replacement chair or full refund as they really care abt their buyers.. and I didnt have to take the chair apart and return it which was my biggest fear... Got the white and black 008 - been trying it out for a wk or 2 and already the seat lowers on its own every time I sit. I am only 5'1" and 138lbs. I currently have a $99 chair with mesh as well from Staples and it's worked perfect for 7+yrs nvr had any issues, still don't.. My needs are just diff right now.. So was looking for something more comfty.. I am not sure this is it.. specially if already having issues after 1-2wks and only a 3mnth warranty/replacement for a $300 chair :-( . It may just be going back. Also bc I am small my back is not straight in this chair, the back cushions push out onto the back panel. Idk how long that will last without breaking. I love the design and colors just dn't think it will last much.

I usually do not do reviews right away as I want to see how the product responds to use before giving it a rating. However, so far I really like this chair! It was simple to assemble if you use common sense on the screw placement you won't have to change out long screws for short ones.... Chair feels nice and looks great behind my black glass desk. I will continue my review in a few weeks to say how I like sitting in it for hours! But so far very comfortable.

Would I say this is a comfortable chair? Not sure I would say that but it does keep your back relatively straight which is important when sitting for long periods. The back supports work very well for such an unusual design but if I were to say something negative I don't think the neck/head brace fits well for my height (6ft). So far the backing isn't flaking and the arm rest isn't breaking off to peices like I've seen in other chairs but I don't belive any of today's chairs are exceptions to that over time including very expensive chairs. So far really glad I picked this up... was worried as there aren't many reviews.

First of all one reason I brought the chair was the fact it said it would support a person that weighed up to 350 pounds. So I believed this chair was going to be comfortable for a person of large statue. Not so, the only ones that could be comfortable in this chair for eight hours as it claims would be those that weigh less then 185 pounds. It is very narrow and my gaming chair is way more comfortable.

I started working remote full time and needed to upgrade my office chair that was more looks than function. Prior to remote, I’d use home office on seldom occasions where that chair did the job. Upgrading to this chair, I assembled it this morning and wow. What a change. Looks are still there with the super modern and sleek design and comfort is amazing. My employer should thank you as this keeps me by the screen for longer times without any discomfort. Only issue was they sent me the wrong color initially but Amazon shipped me the correct one the same day. Great buy and highly recommended.
