This is a very comfortable office chair with high back and neck and lumbar support on 5 wheels. Very easy to assemble and move around. Light weight yet very sturdy. Adjustable seat height, arm rest makes it comfortable for everyone in the family to use. Highly recommend it.

I bought this after I saw a friend using it. I like the overall feel of the chair along with its price point. I had been searching for a nice chair a while. I shortlisted few chairs and finally settled on this one. Very easy to assemble. Overall support is good. The tilt function is okay at best. The headrest is great. The hand rest is good but could be better. Hand rest can be extendable which is good. It's not substantial in overall thickness and doesn't curve inwards. At the price point it is understandable. Overall ergonomic-ness is fair. The lumbar support was a big miss for me. I added a thin cushion to make it more comfortable. My back could be very sensitive due to my sedentary lifestyle. I am nitpicking all these things because I am used to Herman Millers at my job. This is more than capable ergonomic chair at a great price point. Hence I bought this instead of a CostCo offering which was slightly more pricey than this. I would recommend this to a friend in a heartbeat. This is a very uncomfortable chair. The seat is hard as a rock. The chair leans slightly forward. It is impossible to adjust the back and lumbar support to the point where it is ergonomically correct. The arm rests sit a little to low and though they can be moved back and forward, they do not lock in place so they constantly move. This is the worst office chair I have ever owned. This chair is well built, rolls nicely and is quiet (no squeaks). The added head support for when leaning back to gain my thoughts is a very nice plus.     • Comfortable chair, but you're getting what you pay for.

I've had this chair less than a month and i've missed my return window by a day. Somehow some way, my chair has a lean in it. I must have sat down too hard or it's simply faulty. But i'm now leaning 45% degree's to the left when I sit in it. Sucks i just bought it, wish I could recommend it more.
