Sizes are correct. My dog is a medium dog, beagle mix, she weights 30lbs, I normally buy her collars size M, she uses 16”. This collar is size M too and fits perfect. I just received it today so I don’t know about the resistance, but material looks good. The airtag looks really hold in place.

I love this collar. Got one for each of my pups. I e had them for about 2 months and they still look great and the AirTag is staying in place… which I was concerned about because my puppy is constantly attacking my other dogs collar. Haha. Very durable!!
