After looking for a rear view camera for our travel trailer, I came across this one at a much better price than what the RV dealerships had to offer. It mounted perfectly where the pre-wired mount was located and even plugged up with very little effort. Camera was installed in less than 5 minutes. I mounted the monitor in my truck using the suction cup mount and as soon as I powered it up, I had a crystal clear view with a great wireless connection from the rear of our 31' trailer. With some very slight downward adjustment, I had a perfect view of the rear mounted cargo and about 20' of the area behind the camper. This camera system is performs well at a great price!

I bought this system because we moved into a different truck and the 7" monitor for our previous system (not this brand) was just too big for the new cab. The system was easy to install although the camera would fit much better on a smooth wall trailer as opposed to our aluminum wall trailer. I knew this when I bought the system so nothing against the product at all. One thing I would change is the antenna mount position on the camera as it is very close to the back of the housing and this can present an issue if you have molding along the top of the back wall of the trailer. If the SMA connector was moved out just a little, that would eliminate this issue. I also added a longer antenna (shown) to the camera to avoid signal drop out as the included antenna barely clears the roof line on my installation. I did run into an issue with the LCD monitor and my polarized, prescription sunglasses. I have to position the monitor vertically (position not shown) to be able to see it with my sunglasses on. At the suggestion of eRapta, I tried adding a filter layer to the monitor but no success. The monitor is very crisp and clear with great color and fits in a lot of places because it is compact. I also like the adjustability of the camera itself being able to rotate in the housing. The field of view is good. We use this camera primarily to watch our e bikes that ride back there on a rack and it works great for that. I also like the loop recording feature so if someone runs into us, I have the video. I will also use it for backing up but not often and not without a spotter. All in all, great product and great support. I would definitely recommend it and would buy it again. The media could not be loaded. Oh, wow! I am so impressed with this adjustable, waterproof backup camera! I recently installed it in my van and it has helped me SO MUCH. The camera is super easy to mount and adjust, so I was able to get it set up in no time. The picture quality is amazing! I was a bit skeptical about the 5-inch monitor being too small, but it's actually the perfect size for my dashboard. The 5-inch monitor is crystal clear, and the night vision feature is incredibly useful. I can see everything behind me, even in the dead of night. It's so nice to have that extra peace of mind when driving in low-light conditions. I've been driving for years, and I can't believe how much more confident I feel backing up with this camera. It's like having a second set of eyes! It's completely waterproof, so I don't have to worry about it getting damaged in the rain or snow. And the adjustable feature is amazing - I can angle the camera to get the perfect view, no matter what kind of terrain I'm driving on. If you're looking for a high-quality backup camera for your vehicle I would definitely recommend this one!
