The media could not be loaded. I am in love with this!! I stalled a little bit putting it together because i was worried it would be really hard, but i was very wrong. It took me like 10 minutes to put together. It has taken me way long to build a normal bike. The instructions are very clear, and only a handful of steps. The electric motor, is surprisingly light, and it did not take long at all to charge. Then you simple place in the holder, turn it on and then power on the bike; easy peasy! It allows you to peddle and do the motor, or completely motorized, which is my favorite setting! It has gears and brakes like a standard bike, but just also a motor button. The bike also has a light in the front, that you can turn in with the same controls you use to power on the bike. It goes as fast as expected, and battery life lasts as long as described and is a blast to ride! I like that i can ride it like normal but then when i'm too tired to make it back home because i went too far, It'll drive me home! This is so much fun, and extra nice when its too hot out.     • Battery doesn’t charge
The battery didn’t charge the peddle kept unscrewing and falling off. Bike was alright but the tire popped after going over a small 1 inch curb. Do not recommend it’s built pretty cheap and falls apart easily.

As a recently newer bike rider, I wanted a bike to match my riding skills, speed, and lifestyle. I chose EPIKGO and was pleasantly surprised by how in-tune the bike is with me as a rider. Often, I ride in both local parks and trails and this bike is the perfect choice. It has a Pedal Assist System and a high-performing 3X7 Speed Gear Shifter to accommodate how I want to ride, either slower or faster. This bike was purchased as a means to be a main mode of transportation to work, but it has given nothing but issues since day one. The pedal keeps falling off, and now the last time we tried to reattach it, the pedal won’t work/move at all, and the motor is now skipping a beat and not working right. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this bike as it has been nothing but hassles and problems since the day it was delivered. We also purchased a warranty but they won’t do anything about it and keep saying we have to contact the manufacturer who we never hear back from. So we have a bike that doesn’t work and still have to spend money on Ubers and bus fares. What a waste. ... show more

It's terrible. I wouldn't recommend this bike to ANYONE. The tires popped in less than two days and the pedal literally broke off in less than a week and on top of that I had to tighten the seat every time i used it so i didn't have it going up my read end. if you're looking for a cheap bike please don't buy this one ... show more

Bike came with a used/damaged battery and the cabling to the front brakes was wrapped around the frame so the forks could not be spun forward. I could have pulled the cable, but then I suspected I’d have some other issue with proper cable tension. That said, I bought this through Woot (Amazon owned) and they were TERRIFIC in handling the exchange. Epikgo never returned my emails and I suspect the $30 rebate isn’t going to happen. Plus, I am suspicious of the warranty claims now. The bike itself is well built and is a very comfortable ride - so I hope it holds up well! ... show more

I have rode bikes for most of my life and I am blown away by how smooth and enjoyable the ride is on this brand. The EPIKGO bike has a ultra-powerful lithium ion battery that can provide power for up to 20 miles on just one charge. It can even reach speeds up to 20 mph. The overall balance of the Carbon Steel Frame feels like you are flying across the pavement. My rides were always smooth, fast, and balanced.
