Got this for a corner desk in my bedroom. For someone who has poor vision already, I do everything with lots of light but my husband does not so the ability to alter brightness is great. It lights up the desk well and I love the ability to move the lights also. Took a star off for stability. It does fit on the back of the desk but already has popped off once when a big book was slid against the clamp that was on the top of the desk. Other than that it works great. ... show more

I think it's funny-looking and unattractive, but it's well-made and sturdy, the clamp holds it tight, the lighting features are terrific, and it aims the light where I want it (I have continuous light covering my large L-shaped desk from the center to both ends) -- plus, it's very affordable!

This light is amazing and very bright. The light is easily adjustable for any desk or area. There are nice controls for color and brightness and casts a nice light. I have it next to my computer. I like how the light bars can move out in a C pattern which helps illuminate my whole desk brightly.
