Received this within three days and BEFORE estimated delivery date! Great FEDEX DELIVERY guy! This is a heavy chair delivered in 3 boxes. KUDOS to guy who carried each box to my front porch carefully! Thank you! Now as to the chair, setup was SOOOOO simple. Easy to follow step by step instructions (in an ACTUAL MANUAL WRITTEN INTELLIGIBLY IN PLAIN ENGLISH!!! How many times has THAT happened with Amazon purchases?). I read MANY reviews before deciding on this chair. Customer satisfactiom seemed foremost and excellent. It’s a beautiful chair. It is a bit firm right now, but that is to be exected with a brand new well-made piece of furniture. Not a ‘CON’ for me, I’m quite heavy and am thankful for the extra support and stability! Assembly was easy to figure out and do. It is quit sturdy and the lift mechanism doesn’t feel at all weak. It’s stable and feels like it will hold up well for years. The remotes light up and are pretty intuitive and easy to use. Size-wise it is really quite good. I’m short (5-foot-nuthin) so i do find it a tiny bit tall when I use the built-in head pillow, but If I use the lumbar cushion (which I DON’T need to use there) as a neck pillow it should be fine. If not, I’ll just buy a neck pillow which will solve that. The overall dimensions of the chair itself are ‘not too big and not too small, it’s ‘just right’’(as Goldilocks might say!) It is well-built, feels strong and works well. And, I REALLY LIKE THE PULL-OUT drink holders! My only improvement might be the positioning of the pockets on the sides of the chair. I don’t have very long arms, so the depth of the pockets pretty much precludes me using them for ANYTHING I need to reach for while sitting in the chair. But, I have workarounds for that, so “No Problemo!” Overall, this is a great chair! Slept all night in it the first night, and since I don’t have a ‘real bed’, I probably will do so again tonight! Handicapped and this is my 4th lift recliner and the best by far. And also one of the lowest price ones. Wife and I like matching recliners so always buy two. Both chairs together cost just more than each chair last set. Unless it bursts into flames or such, if I buy another pair, this is the brand. CONS Very minor with easy fix - no battery backup. I've used it once but that's all it takes. Fixed by buying the cheapest 400 watt UPS and plug chair into it. Use extra plugs for laptop, whatever. PROS 1)very firm cushions. These should stand up well. 2)built in usb ports, a and b. Not super powerful, but plenty to charge watch, ear buds/phones. 3)very good cord management. Built in left /right tie down so no cords laying all over the floor. Plus, relieves strain so power cord won't rip out. 4)only one cord comes out of chair. Neat and tidy. 5)cup holders will close up when not needed. Very neat looking. 6)adjustabe headrest. No need for extra pillow. 7)lift motors are very quiet. I can't recommend enough. My uncle has high dollar chairs (like 4+ times the cost) and they're no better than this one. ... show more

Easy to put together the remote control for the up and down reclining positions could be more friendlier and the lights stay on all the time that doesn't make no sense at all for the chair is very comfortable and working okay so far.

outhed caser evah ...e tadpUI bought this chair in November 25 and it was the last part of April 26th and the massage function has failed.The remote control for the massage will come on for a moment and you kind of get a little massage out of the leg portion of the chair for a brief moment and then the remote shuts itself off. I will try to reach out to the company but looking at another review, this looks to be next to impossible to get hold of anybody but we will see. I will update when I find something out. Other than that the chair seems built well and it's pretty comfortable. I have reached out to the company and they responded immediately and we're very friendly and understanding of the problem I was having. They have replaced the part of the chair that had failed and now I am very happy with my chairs. I would recommend these to anyone and their customer service is second to none. ... show more

There is zero human customer service by voice The below in quotes is from their website. If I had seen this I never would have ordered from them. “We currently do not offer telephone support. You can reach us directly via Amazon messaging, and we will respond and resolve your issue within 24 hours. Alternatively, you can contact us through the email address provided on the last page of the product instruction manual. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards, EONIX HOME” Don’t hold your breath for a response, it won’t happen Among many issues that go unresolved is the measurements are fiction If you are 6-2 your feet will hang off over a foot in the not level foot rest. The material is still off gassing after a week causing runny red eye irritation non stop. It is no wonder they don’t have a phone number. I guess I’m just out 1600 bucks.
