This power cage has everything I was looking for; a quality product with all the versatility of more expensive machines at a reasonable price. This cage has it all. I was able to build the cage in about 3 hours by myself. I did use my own tools however to speed up the process. Just a couple of crescent wrenches and a ratchet and socket set was all it took. The directions were a little challenging but good enough. I did put the front sliders/arms on the wrong sides (not labeled) and didn't realize it until I was fishing the cables through. So I had to disassemble part of the cage to correct it. Pro tip: there are small pulleys behind the sliders/arms that depending on the side they're on will be positioned at the top or bottom of arm. Those pulleys need to be positioned at the top because the cable travels up to the top of the machine once leaving the slider/arms. Other than that it came together fairly easily. The cage is very sturdy made with quality parts. The versatility is amazing. The front sliders/arms can be moved up and down and the arms can be positioned in an almost unlimited amount of angles. Very narrow to very wide. It was this feature that sold me on the cage. I have a wide wingspan and was worried about the width of other cages, but with this cage that's not a problem at all. The multitude of different positions you can move the slider/arms to allowed me to expand the different types of exercises I can do at home. It really feels like I have a home gym now. The accessories that came with the cage are very good as well. I couldn't recommend this product more.

Assembly instructions were at times absolutely difficult to understand and some parts were left out completely! Once assembled pretty happy overall. Does everything I need in my workout. Very sturdy doesn't move around when lifting with cables. The bench press bar rest are a little small and made of polymer 🫣 so far so good ! I like the look, good design!

Pros: This rack is an amazing value for a first time home gym. Fast shipping. Even with some dings in the box, everything was packed well and had no flaws. I was able to assemble it in around 5hrs with minimal assistance to hold up the sides at times. It is sturdy and so versatile. The attachments provided are pretty good quality as well and offers a wide variety of full body workouts especially with the full motion of the articulating arms. It is upgradable to aluminum pulleys (around $200 on the website) which I will do in the future due to the sounds and slight resistance caused by the plastic ones. It is well designed and is assembled with heavy duty hardware using only a socket wrench and another wrench (impact driver or drill will speed this up. Cons: Instructions are minimal with some orientation concerns but I had no problems after watching a video on YouTube (just search Eonfit E2 assembly). When attaching the upright bars, the bottom welds on the uprights prevented a flush fit and it was difficult to get the bolts in from the bottom without some persuasion. Lamdmine attachment had some metal shavings inside. It is a great tool but also pivots in place and creates somewhat of a tripping hazard if not managed. Would be nice to have a detachable one or lock in place. I think one of my pulleys is somewhat distorted as it creates some “bumps” in the movement. It comes with various extra parts including one 70mm pulley which I will switch later to see if it fixes it. Overall a fantastic buy. I’m super impressed by the quality and versatility even though I don’t have other home gym setups to compare. I’m use to commercial equipment for my workouts and this by far surpassed my expectations. With this value, in addition to ordering 400# plates, some inexpensive barbells, and other small things, I was able to have a full gym’s worth of gear for around $1000.
