    • No hot water for 3 weeks. This product has been a disaster.

This product has never worked properly. Initially, there was no hot water at all......just error messages. After calling the company, they had me troubleshoot the problem which I was happy to do. Some of this troubleshooting was quite dangerous because the hot water heater is 27,000 watts and they needed me to open up the unit. In any event, the trouble shooting effort didn't fix the problem so the company said they would send out a part to hopefully fix the problem. After a full week of waiting for the part (and NO HOT WATER), the company contacted me and instructed me to try something else. My wife and I were so upset that (1) they still didn't send the part and (2) we were now forced to endure even more time with no hot water since their new idea did NOT fix the problem . I begged them to send out a new hot water heater that works properly but they blamed Amazon and said Amazon was the problem because of Amazon's return policy. This seems like nonsense to me and also like a company that does not stand behind their products. Since I am a builder, I was able to get this hot water to periodically heat water but it often shuts down shuts down and only provides cold water. I would absolutely not recommend this product as a result of their faulty customer service and troublesome product. Here's the final straw, they charged me $10 in order to ship the part that I still have not received. What a miserable experience. ... show more

ANZZI ENVO is a piece of art, works like a charm, working at 208 VAC, it uses very little power, only comes on when water is colder than the set- temperature. I had to call to ask a question, and the customer service was US=based help, which made me feel good, that ANZZI employs US citizens and help our job market. If you live in the US and need a reliable low price water heater, don't look any further, ANZZI ENVO is the best VALUE out there. ... show more

This was super easy to install . It works great. I like how it lights up to let you know it's actually working right. So far no issue with it and having unlimited hot water is awesome. You do need to make sure your faucet has enough flow power . Originally my bathroom faucet didn't force enough water fast enough to have it kick on, so had to replace the faucet. No issues in bathtub or kitchen. Has a pretty design for places where it's not able to be hidden. ... show more

We installed this under a bathroom sink where it took a long time for the hot water to reach the faucet. We now get nearly instant hot water. It has 3 heat setting levels and we left it on the default level which is medium (107F). This is perfect for washing hands. We are very pleased. We only needed 3 extra plumbing parts to complete the installation: a 3/8 in F x 3/8 in M x M T fitting Lowes Item # 1642686 a 3/8 in x 1/2 in Fip Braided Stainless Stell Supply line hose, Lowes Item # 751640 and a 3/8 in M x 1/2 in F adapter (sorry, didn't get the Lowes Item #) We are very pleased with this water heater. ... show more

Bought this on sale in November 2022, intending to install it in a guest cabin that I am renovating. Life happened, and it sat still packed in the box on my closet shelf until a few days ago. When connected to power, the unit will beep once but do nothing else. No hot water, no LED display, buttons do nothing. Thoroughly checked all connections to verify proper voltage, even opened the unit and checked voltage at connections inside. The problem lies either in the circuit board or one of the sensors. Didn't bother to ask for a return because I'm sure that it has been too long. And based on other reviews, I don't even want to call their support line; a brand new product straight out of the box shouldn't need repair. Buyer beware, the quality control on these units seems to be almost non-existent. ... show more

You would never know the 80 gallon water heater was removed. So glad to have the extra room in the laundry room. The install was easy and straight forward. I did add a valve kit to make maintenance easy. Highly recommend.
