I NEVER write reviews but this definitely deserves a 5 star! Bought this for Xmas for my 6 year old. At first I was frustrated and ready to return only due to the fact the app was not working. But, I took a break for a while and tried again and come to find out it was just overloaded with everyone trying to use all at once on Christmas Day. Since, I have had zero issues with the app! The machine is so cool and all 3 of my kids have a blast finding new things to make! Changing the filament is super easy as well. There are so many cool things on the app to make and they are FREE. NO SUBSCRIPTIONS!! YAY!! Definitely a win. Everyone should have one in their home! I find myself searching the app for cool things to print too 🤣

Honest reviewer. We bought this for our 8 year old for Christmas. We followed set up to a T and on the first print it dug into plate. I looked up what to do because it kept digging into it. Called the help line which was not helpful at all. After some research I learned to adjust the leveling (Z-offset). It worked for one print and went back to digging in. I tried to adjust it again and it dug in and stuck there. Would not move at all. We sent it back and asked for a replacement. They sent a replacement fast (I’ll give them that) but when we were going through the set up process on the SECOND one it would cut short before showing the QR code (to set up app and internet). I went in trying to find where we could get the QR code to connect everything. Found the QR code only to be directed to a GE washer website. Unable to connect it or use it at all. Frustrated to have went through two of them and ended up with a crap present for my son.

Bought this for my 10yo birthday. Neither of us had any experience or knowledge of 3d printers, we just took a gamble based off reviews. Ended up being the "best gift hes gotten". We were unboxed and printing within 15min! There's so many options on the app, hes still printing from there. But we are ready to take next step of splicing and downloading more personalized items to print. So much fun! Couldn't have been better to ease us into the world of 3d printing. Noise level isn't bad at all! Print quality isnt "perfect", but definitely not bad. Great buy!!

The media could not be loaded. This 3-D printer is a fantastic printer for somebody just getting started. We got it for my 13-year-old son and he has been printing nonstop since Christmas morning. Don’t be confused by the people who are complaining about the app. Of course, if you tried to print and use the poloprint app on 12/25 and 12/26 you’re gonna run into a slow server and print requests timing out. Everybody and their mother who got a 3-D printer for Christmas was sending things to the print server that day. We tried again on 12/27 and everything has been working fantastic. No delays at all. You will be fine using the 3-D printer interface and the app if you have a little bit of patience with your technology. If you can get a regular printer to work, you can get this printer to work. BUT if you are someone who calls IT or your kids every time you get disconnected from the internet, I don’t recommend you have ANY 3-D printer. I highly researched this model before deciding on one to get for my kids. It used to be rated 4.3 which is really high for a 3-D printer. When I hopped on to look for filaments, I saw how the rating dropped. And that’s cause people who don’t know what they’re doing rating it. This printer is amazing. Don’t believe the naysayers. Set up was easy. We loaded the filament and changed the filament with no issues.

My 10 year old daughter asked for this specific printer for Christmas after seeing it advertised as kid friendly and easy to use. Unfortunately, it did not live up to that promise. I wanted to like the Entina Tina2Plus but after just several attempts, I cannot recommend it. Although it is marketed as beginner friendly, it requires far more troubleshooting than expected. Print quality is inconsistent even after careful leveling and calibration. Bed adhesion is unreliable, and key settings such as the Z offset are not automatically calibrated and must be manually adjusted. Many comparable printers handle this automatically. Successful prints often require significant trial and error, and temperature stability can be an issue. When the printer does work, it shows potential, but getting consistent results feels more like luck than a repeatable process. Due to Amazon’s new return guidelines, returning this item is not worth the risk of losing the purchase price. There are better options available at similar price points.

This is a good beginner friendly printer. As a crafter I needed a printer that o can use while working with kids and this one is awesome. The output is pretty decent and it is easy to set up and just get started.
