I've used this lunch bag 6 days a week since I bought it. It still looks like new. Very impressed with the durability. Some notes about how much it will hold and how cold it stays: (You know, the IMPORTANT stuff!) Insulation: I use two flat gel type ice packs. One on bottom one on top. They will keep my stuff satisfactorily cold for about 8 hours, and ok cold by about 13. ( My after work coke is still cold enough to drink on my way home.) Size: I can fit two 12oz cans (or a bottle of water and soda), a microwave breakfast burrito, two sandwiches, several cheese and beef sticks, and a sandwich baggie of chips in the bottom with a little room to spare. (Including the two freezer packs.) The top fits lots of small snacks, some napkins, utensils, and a cup of noodles no problem.( I can stuff a "bowl" of noodles in the top if I bring less bulky snacks.) Side zipper has my condiment packs, and a few smaller items. Alternatively, I can fit a full tv dinner in the bottom with a soda/water bottle and a couple of microwave hot pockets or burritos. (Frozen stuff will mostly thaw after about 8 hours with gel packs.) On longer than 12 hour days, I kinda wish it was better insulated or a touch bigger so I could fit more ice packs in it. Overall, it is a good little lunch bag holds enough food for a 15 hour day, takes a beating, and still looks good. ... show more

Super happy with this lunch pale. It is insulated and easy to wipe out if you have a spill. The ZIPPERS are high quality. To me, that is the most important thing to look for. Without the zipper holding up, why bother. It has an upper compartment that you can access without opening the bottom insulated area. This is a nice area to store foods, snacks, napkins, silverware, etc. that does not need to be chilled. It also has a body strap and handles to give you options on how you desire to carry it. I did some research and this checked the most boxes for me. The top compartment is great for keeping my lunch from getting smushed or wet by my drinks. The side compartment works for snacks, utensils, and napkins. So i've been using this for the last 17 months and it's holding up well, I use it 5 to 6 times a week. With 3 ice packs inside, food stays chilled for more than 6 hours at a time, i've had a few times where I didn't have time to take a lunch and at the end of a 10 hour shift the food was still chilled just enough as the ice packs were almost fully melted. Impressive. I work outside so my lunch bag is never in a refridgerator and is always being put through the elements. 95* fahrenheit in the summer the food is always still chilled by lunch time. Bought this for work. So far has held up well. I am in construction so it is used in harsh conditions. It is basic so don’t expect anything too fancy. I would have preferred not to have the mesh separated and maybe an insulated top for hot food. But overall it’s well made and does the job. This is a very good lunch bag from Carhartt it's a good size you can put a lot of food in it also has a zipper pouch on the outside and it has the top part which is also a compartment that sits above the main compartment you can either put in ice blocks to keep the food cold. I actually put in my Yeti thermos and it fits perfectly so you can get a full day's worth of vittles in this thing and it'll keep it cold and it's a Carhartt so you know it's gonna last a while. ... show more
