The setup of the programs is not easy. More so when they have to do it remotely, plus the time difference. I struggled to set it up because there were no videos, the links on the manual are invalid. Finally set the machine up, it takes multiple test prints. The machine is now experiencing an error. I just don’t feel like dealing with it again. If you’re a beginner you will need a lot of patience. I struggled with getting vibrant colors, no matter what I changed. It was one of the more affordable options, but in the long run might turn out to be the most expensive. :( ... show more

    • Not user friendly
I purchased this product as a bundle. The printer was easy to put together, but the software installation was not. To install the software, that is in another language, you had to turn off permissions and security to add to your Windows PC. Once the installation was available to use, the machine would only print 1 out of every 10 prints. The roller would lock up, or it would be too lose. When you try to call to get help with this, you are put on hold for hours, and they do not seem to have an answer for you. The oven sent with this bundle is not for larger prints, and does not cure as the heat press seems to. When you print on your shirt, or item, it is not as vibrant as others seem to be. Items have been returned, but still waiting on my refund to be returned as well. The company is slow to help, and slow to process and requests, questions or returns you might have. Scroll on past this item, spend the money on something that comes in your language, and is easy to install without going around all of the anti virus on your PC. ... show more

Motherboard went out 3 months of purchasing printer. Had to use Whats App and fix printer myself. Motherboard was sent instead of me returning printer to be fixed. Now the oven has quit working and just purchused in Oct. Would never buy this product again.

    • Beauty isn’t always good
It’s a beautiful machine. However the instruction's on the excel I could not understand. I email customer service no response. Return machine. I don’t think I want a machine after this.

The printer itself prints real well. Even though the plastic does get stuck once in awhile. The software does not work. Tried calling the customer support number as well as emailing from two different sites with no answer at all. So I did have to spend an additional $400 buying software that works.

Haven’t used the machine yet but looks great! Only thing the powder bag came broken and almost empty cause it all came out. Will be writing a better review once I use the printer
