The media could not be loaded. I ordered this printer on January 31st, 2024 and it arrives Feb. 7th. The printer arrived inoperable despite the packaging being free of damage. The printer would not turn on even though it was receiving power. My suspicion is there was a shortage in the function plate or a hardware issue. When I contacted the seller for support on this issue they refused to offer support via Amazon communication and required me to provide a WhatsApp number. Once they contacted me on WhatsApp, they began demanding I install a remote connection software and give them full access to my computer. I asserted that this was not necessary as the issue was clearly hardware related. We continued back and forth until I finally requested a refund via the Amazon app. This company refused to send me a prepaid shipping label to return the package unless I first allowed them access to my computer via the remote software. Again, I refused and spent $100 shipping the printer back to them. I hand still yet to receive a refund and the seller no longer responds to my messages. Do not buy this product.
