I spent 1000$ on two scooters . One of the scooters has a faulty connection from the charger to the battery and hasn’t been able to charge at all. I have asked multiple times for 2 return shipping labels to return both scooters and have been constantly jumping through hoops . The policy specifically states that you can return the items within 30 days with a full refund . I have been told that “we will send you 100$ or 180$ to go to a local bike shop to figure out the problem” “take pictures , redo the setting” and still nothing worked. This is not professional, especially for the money that was paid. Now I have to take pictures to even get the return labels shipped to me of the scooters packaged and I have to find a way to get these HUGE boxes to the fedex company to have them shipped off ? Just send me the labels already! Very disappointing. ... show more
