I love the full twist throttle. After having hydraulic brakes on my last two bikes the mechanical brakes are actually a relief. Suspension is incredible on this one! No butt pain the next day after riding ten miles. I am one headlight down after a pop noise and a ERROR CODE E030 after 20 miles. I got lucky, and disconnected the bottom light, and that brought it back. Highly recommend replacing these tires, they wear VERY fast, had them on other bikes. 60 miles so far, great bike! 4 star ⭐ due to bad headlight design and crappy chao yang tires. Horn is LOUD! No more wobbly rims due to spoke breaks, mag wheels are great! Handles light trails very well.

I had never ridden an e-bike and bought this as a lark. I absolutely love riding it around the Easton and Oxford MD. The range is legitimately 50miles or more with two batteries. The top speed tends to top out at 27mph and I wish there was a way to unlock it further to get it to 35mph. That’s the point where I’d feel like it would be too much. The seat height is good for a six footer like me. I wish it was a touch higher but that’s the case with all these bikes. The padding could be better, but more comfy than a traditional bike seat. The pedals are for making it street legal only. Pedals work fine but 20 inch tires mean my knees are coming above my belt line. It’d work in a pinch but this bike is meant to always use throttle. It’s a blast to ride and the price to value ratio is great. I had concerns about quality but not anymore. I’ve put 200 miles on it, and it has me thinking about buying a Talaria or Sur Ron and taking my chances on the street legality element.

My wife and I ordered to bikes and I say quality is so so because one of them went together perfectly and the other did not… First thing I noticed was the brake/taillight bracket was welded on by a monkey because it is very crooked. Next when I went to install the front tire I noticed that the wheel sits in place crooked. After further inspection I noticed that they didn’t install the forks into the triple clamp evenly. So I thought great that’s a quick and easy fix, nope although the wheel got closer to straight it was still off. So after staring at it for a few more minutes I noticed that the cross bar connecting the left and right forks was welded on crooked by the same monkey and that’s why I can’t get the last bit of offset out of the forks. So now I need them to send me new forks or fix it myself. Luckily I’m a heavy equipment mechanic/fabricator with the right tools but for most this fix wouldn’t be possible in their home.

The bike is good for the price but the manual needs to br written a little clearer when it comes to how to program the settings. For those of you that have locked yourselves out, the defalt password is 1212 and if that doesn't work try 2121.

Well to be honest, this bike came to me defective, but I gave it a 5 start review anyway. Customer service was great, and even though I had to replace the rear motor myself (luckily I used to be a bicycle mechanic) so I was able to do it for free, most might have had to pay a hundred bucks or so to get the same results, but the customer service department was great, they walked me though the troubleshooting and got me back on the road pretty quickly and with much communication. .. parts arrived from china, I installed them and now all is good. .. I'll be testing testing testing to make sure it doesn't fail again before the warranty period is over, but for now I'm super happy with this thing... incredible bike for the money!

This is my third attempt at getting this bike. A 4 day delivery turned into a month 3 bikes later, and I still got nothing to ride. First 2 bikes damaged by Fedex, took days to a week to get replacements sent, so I got a refund from the factory and ordered from Amazon. Finally an undamaged package came, only to find MAJOR factory defects. The forks have one drop out longer than the other by an 1/8", and a bent axle to the point the wheel cannot roll, plus the fender mounting bracket has the same leaning prob at 1/16". Then the tail light bracket is welded at an angle making it look like the frame is crooked. At this rate I won't have anything to show for my money until spring. If ya like this bike, order it at least 2 months before ya want it, and pray....Engwe said I'd have replacement forks in a week, it's been a week and no forks, no tracking info, and no cares from Engwe. Furthermore, I decided to top off the battery so it's ready to go when and if I get replacement forks, and after being plugged in for 2 hours, the charger got so hot it nearly burnt my hand. I emailed them telling them of this issue and asked them to send me an upgraded one with a fan for this massive inconvenience and a now real fear this thing will burn my house down, and they told me there is no such give away program at this time??? So unless my house burns down they don't care about this danger. Apparently if it's not on fire it's not their problem. It's painfully obvious their warranty is worthless lip service. It's now been 5 weeks of headaches and there is no end in sight.

Want a full-suspension, class-3, fat-tire ebike/moped? This is your best bet. No frills, you get exactly as advertised. Replaced my main vehicle with this 3 months ago, still puts out the advertised power with full charge. E-bike disclaimer - never listen to the rated range, same is true for electric cars. You could drive like Miss Daisy, but it's more fun to hammer the throttle. This will NOT help achieve a normal range. But it sure is fun! Purchased with one battery, unsure if I am able to upgrade afterwards - consider this if you need extra range or piece of mind.

I live near the mountains and have been going off-roading with this bike since I purchased it 3 weeks ago. Met up with someone riding a dirt bike and was able to ride together through steep hills for 11 miles PAS 5 before battery was at 2 bars. Of course he had to slow down to wait but I was surprised the bike made it through all the tough terrain. I would definitely recommend this bike if you’re on a budget and looking for an off-roading ebike.
