Initial impression of this bike is that it’s a quality product and a good value for the money. A lot of thought went into this bike, from the shipping packaging to easy assembly for the new electric bike rider. This is a powerful bike that takes over my pedaling when I come to a hill or grade, making exercise a little less difficult and bike riding less demanding. It’s a heavy bike, so don’t expect to toss it into your car without a little help. I find that it’s easier to control when you start peddling with the power off and once you are under way, turn the bike on using the lowest pedal assist mode and then throttle (safer too). Strong motor with a nice amount of torque. My teen had a smaller version from the same company and this is a nice upgrade. The dual suspension and larger tires make for a nice ride. Though the brakes are not hydraulic, they are still large with great stopping power. Overall the bike looks great and is an awesome commuting bike for a student. ... show more

This is a great little commuter. It has 2 racks, both front and back, and plenty of power. My previous bike was 48v and struggled with hills but this one doesn't have any problems. I can easily get it up to 28 mph. I'm not sure about the full range but have gone over 10 miles without an issue and assume you could easily go 20+, although you might have to limit your power towards the end. The brakes are good, mechanical disc. A decent headlight and a working brake light! It folds and is fairly lightweight. It's also pretty nimble courtesy of the 20" tires. ... show more

I was surprised that I was able to put the bike together without help by following the instructions in the box and the video tutorial Engwe made.
