The bike is really nice!! and definitely lives up to its speed the only thing is the battery life doesn’t seem that long but charges super fast and my biggest problem is that it is super heavy in the picture the bike I say from others it looked light and smaller but for someone that is 5’2 like me the handles go up to my chest and sitting on it my feet dangle short people be careful I have to cut the seat down a bit so I can sit and I don’t fold it unless I’m not planning on riding it overall very fun to ride. Also, it is a little noisy and the tires you may have to fully deflate to make sure it blows evenly around rim. You will see what I mean if you get one and brake make a small noise when you ride but you may need a little oil and you have to ride it to break it in everything else I love wish it was a little bit smaller though. But color and appearance gorgeous.

The media could not be loaded. Idk if its the bike or my dog but im obsessed!!!! Im 5’11” and this bike is perfect! I did upgrade and got the Tannus Armour inserts for my wheels cause I got a pinch flat the first week I got it. I never worry about flats again. I can go almost a week without charging it if I use it daily. I do not commute I just ride around town for fun. I never get scared I will not have battery because its long lasting even when you cruise on full electric. Also ride with no assistance and its not that bad, prob cause I come from beach cruisers so thats a plus. The one con I have is that the folding/unfolding is hard cause shes a hefty girl, I need help so I just never fold her😩. Other than that Wanda is amazing, thats what I've named her. Oh yea they included a free bag which is so handy, oh and she’s a STEAL for the price, definitely recommend it!

Nice fit and finish, easy assembly. ENGWE has put together a great bike for a daily commute or just to get some exercise. Powerful motor, and a battery that will keep you on the road. Bike arrived with a rear rack slightly damaged in shipping. ENGWE has been very helpful in resolving the issue. They are very responsive. This ebike is worth checking out.

Nice bike for a decent price. I already own a E bike from a different manufacturer so I picked this bike up for my wife. The instructions were a little rough but fairly easy to put together. I purchased one of these bikes a couple weeks ago and after assembly it I couldn’t get the power to turn on. I ended up spending it back. I purchased another bike just a different color. Upon taking the new bike out of the box I noticed where the key gets inserted it needs to be turned on and the key stays locked in. I really didn’t notice it saying anything about this subject on the other bike. The new bike works great so far and I’m really satisfied. I bought a long key chain so in case the key would fall out I wouldn’t lose it.

Summary: gave them one stars when the bikes first arrived cuz I realized the 2 combo bikes I ordered did not come with the suspension post. To be fair, I realized after looking that the promo images did not advertise it, even though I told them it did without realizing it first. They responded within 24hrs honored it and shipped 2 new suspension posts that actually make a big difference. I am 511” works great, wife is 50” does not fit her height, we had to get a custom 27mm 250mm post to fit her bike and now the bike fits her with her raised sneakers. The bikes themselves take a ride or two to get used to but then they are great! Brakes are mid, definitely takes some distance to stop at full speed, but they are fast bike. We usually cruise at 2-3 speed, only bump to 4-5 when passing or in traffic. We took it to chicago on full charge. Was able to do entire pier bike path of around 35 miles total. Bikes still had extra juice on 1 bar and we were going throttle only for most of the ride. 1 bar feels very charged still, no loss of power and we can ride for miles on throttle without much worry. Batteries charge as advertised. Overall, would buy again but I didn’t have any damage as was shown from other people. Mine came perfectly fine and was assembled within 3 hours for both bikes. Giving them a 5 star because bikes are better than anything else in the price range, got them during Amazon sales, saved $420 on deal. And they responded quickly and got a replacement part. Just happy I got lucky and didn’t get anything shipped damaged. Overall very happy. No photos available cuz it’s on my wife’s phone.
