Packed arrived with 6” hole in bag and box. Heavy metal parts in a box with no styrofoam, so it jostled around till it tore. Anchor bag had no wrap to close the top and had a hole in the bottom. Over 3/4 of screws bolts nuts missing and only washers were for wheels. Of the bolts that were included, were wrong size!! Metal members dented, bent, paint scratches in almost all of metal parts. Instructions are a joke. Parts diagram doesn’t have full description/size for hardware. Had to go to hardware store twice and spend $70 to get it right. Hydraulic Jack had almost no oil. Had to put almost a full quart in it. Spend an extra $50 and get something local that you can return easily if it’s not right. I’ve got 2 days and $70 into getting it assembled. At least now it has lock nuts and not the cheap nuts that can come off while lugging 2 tons of cargo. There’s a cheap product, then there’s a cheap product that is missing components , damaged from day 1. Like I said, if you aren’t looking for frustration, damaged product and to gamble with the hardware that makes it…DON’T DO IT!!!

Parts were not properly aligned during welding resulting in a wobbly unit when assembled. The assembly instructions are a joke. The casters listed in the parts list were different from those provided. Packing was such that the carton was ruptured and fasteners were everywhere (and nowhere). If typical of China’s manufacturing quality, we need not be concerned with their military capabilities.

My engine hoist didn’t come with bolts or instructions like it should have.

Hardware was mostly incorrect or missing entirely. There was 12mm bolts for 16mm holes. No washers. Had to make a trip to the hardware. Caster were filled with metal shavings and will not turn. The lowest grade replacement casters are $12 each and are still far superior to the provide items. The ends of the tubing where the casters mount were bent. It took 127 pumps to bring the arm above level. Although not a functional issue, the paint on all parts was scratched off. The components were not separated from each other. Finally, what were the parts coated with?. The package had a very offensive smell and attracted flies?? I used clorox wipes on the entire hoist.

I would leave a zero star if I could. 1 of the 4 wheels that go on the rear is different. Holes don't and it wobbles because it doesn't sit level. The main post is not drilled to mount to the base. I can do a return but will have to pack it up and drop it off. DO NOT BUY!!!!
