So yea, packaging looks legit. The plastic wrapper is a PAIN IN THE BUTT to open. So I think they're legit. No expiration date.

  • It’s a large 3v disc battery.
Size: 1 Count (Pack of 6)
It’s a large 3 volt lithium disc Energizer battery, much bigger than most, and used in keyless car remotes. The original lasted 2 years. It’s a lot to expect from a battery that constantly talks to the car.

  • Correct for my auto-darkening welding helmet
Size: 1 Count (Pack of 6)
I was welding and noticed my auto-darkening welding helmet lens was no longer getting dark like it is supposed to. A quick check showed the 2450 Lithium battery was dead. No problem as I have a spare helmet. The battery in it was also dead. Seems like these welding helmet batteries all last about a year even if you don't use the helmet. In any case, ordered a 6 pack of them from Amazon. They arrived quickly and fixed both helmets in a jiffy. I left the other 4 batteries in the packages to keep them fresh for when these go out. Glad I could order these online with free Prime shipping. The local stores carry a lot of different lithium batteries, but not 2450's. ... show more

  • Energizer Lithium, the one to use when its important!!
Size: 1 Count (Pack of 6)
These Eenergizer CR2450’s are fantastic!! My use: Many high end audio/music products that use what is essentially a motherboard over the past 30-40years seem to die after 15-20years and unfortunately most people simply just throw away their otherwise beloved guitar or bass amplifier. One of the most glaring examples is the Line 6 VETTA, which when new almost 20years ago was $1800. It was designed as a professional use amplifier and many professionals toured with them as the were bulletproof reliable, not to mention all the features and 2 SHARC DSPs. Like any motherboard it (and many others) needed a a single 3volt lithium disc battery, which was spot-welded to the motherboard. Like they do on ALL computer motherboards, these batteries provide power to retain the device’s basic settings, which it requires to operate properly, and in an amp, retain all the patch settings, all 256 guitar sound settings in the case of the Vetta. As soon as the CR2430 battery dies, so does the memory of all these amps (and I have 6 of these amplifiers). I thought that I should create a way to replace the battery, before the batteries dies in each of my amps. I saw what happened first hand to a friend with an earlier model, more than a decade of his signature tones vanished in a split second. So I purchased a 10pack of these CR24xx size that wouls hold anything from a CR2430 (290mah) or CR2450(620mah) or highest capacity CR2477(~1000mah). I have had poor longevity experiences with off-brand Coin batteries lasting less than a year in many electronics and was not willing to trust or chance my amplifiers to offbrand cheaper coin batteries. I decided that I would rather have 2 Energizer CR2450’s that cost more and have the amplifiers likely outlive me. Icreate a double Parallel circuit and soldered it to the motherboard before the original batteries would start to decline. They now have 3 parallel batteries each, the original, and 2 Energizer CR2450’s. So they now have whatever mah’s remain of the original battery which are over 15years old, plus 2x 620mah (1240mah), so, there’s a good chance the amplifiers will outlive me. If anyone reading this has a Vetta or any motherboard DSP based guitar amp, like an AxeFX and wants the circuit design, post a question asking for it… its super easy to install !!! ... show more
