Worked great for about 10 lightings, now ignitor won't work nor will it pull gas from the tank. Changed battery and still no spark. Wouldn't bother me much if gas was still flowing, could light with match. Very disappointing because it is a really nice firepit. UPDATE: Not sure what above issue was, fooled around with it a little and igniting just fine now. Cust Serv department not much help, will not try to answer general question, need to call M-F / 9-5 with serial# when most people are at work. Am not taking a star away for CS, it is a nice firepit for the price. Also go ahead and order the glass wind screen. ... show more

This is an awesome fire pit for the price I appreciated the feet that I could adjust to make stable I was worried about shipping but everything arrived packed well It does take a few days to burn off that new firepit smell I did assemble alone besides turning it over Note ..... This is not the rock that is sent with the unit ... show more

I received this item as a Christmas present and assembled it later in January due to weather. The assembly was straight forward and the unit lit but would not stay lit. After contacting Mr Barbq and going through considerable steps and time over the phone they sent me another fire bowl. The response time on receiving the new part was excellent and faster than expected. Unfortunately after removing and installing a new bowl the same thing happened. First the unit lit but would not stay on and after following troubleshooting instructions once again no gas would flow and unit would not light. Back on the phone with Mr Barbq and more time and trials none of which work they want to send me another fire bowl. No options for refund or reimbursement to have a local company take a look at it.
