I purchased two of these and connected them together. The product looks good and it is well manufactured; i.e. the wooden pieces fit into each other very well. The instructions are accurate and very clear; i.e. it does only take about 45 mins to put two panels together. I actually put the poles into cement holes and not just lawn and they worked well. Another important note was customer service. Since I connected two units (i.e. 4 total panels) together I needed more screws and connectors. I sent an email to Customer service. That very same day I received a reply. They sent me what I needed at no charge. Good and reliable customer service says a whole lot about the company. Our trash cans was staged behind the panels and not in street view. Sadly after staining the panels I tried to push it down in the ground and because my yard slanted it did not look good. I couldn’t return of course so I sold to my neighbors. Definitely got the job done for my neighbors trash area. My only complaint is I wish the fence was a tad taller too. If the product were maybe one foot taller, it would be perfect and probably suit most any use. Beautiful fence! I’m just sad I couldn’t use it. 2hrs to install with 2 people. The auger (1.6x16.5inch Extended Length Garden Auger Spiral Drill Bit) and mallet REALLY helped. Used this for hiding a stump we didn’t want to pay $250 to grind. It also hides our extra wood behind the side of the shed. If we ever do decide to remove the stump on our own, we can easily unassemble and re-install as 2 side by side panels in the same spot ... show more

The assembly took two of us but was simple. It sounded like a few slates cracked when we drilled the few holes required but you can't see any cracks as they're under the frame. Once it's put together it looked exactly like the sellers pictures and covers the a/c unit perfectly. Looks very nice.

This was easier to manage than expected, but it was also a real pain to get the screws in (my fault; the power tool got shot mid-project). It's held up well given how it was packed in the ground.

I was keeping my expectations low, but this product really came through and impressed me. We were able to easily stain the boards to match our side gates and it looks really nice. We have a larger-than-average unit (4'8") that sits on a 6ft concrete pad, so we bought two sets to make a wide U shape and picked up some extra black pieces at Lowes to attach them together across the front. Very happy: 'build an HVAC screen' has been on our to-do list for a long time and this saved us tons of time and energy (and probably $ with the lumber prices these days). ... show more
