I bought this for my son as a graduation gift and I was very skeptical due to the vast amount of options out there in reference to gaming set ups. I did IMO a lot of research and ended up going with this based on reviews, specs, and the company seemed to have it together. Well let me say, that we got it in yesterday and wow! Starting off, the attention to detail in the packaging alone was instantly reassuring. Once you crack everything open, you continue to see that same detail with everything. They even include the build sheet, with all the techs who signed off for quality control! I didn't even get that with the electronics I've bought that were 2 & 3 times the price! So with that being said, pay attention to the description listing to ensure you get what you want. Heres a couple of things from ours. PC was as secure as it could be. The keyboard and mouse that came with it are perfectly fine for a starter set up & they look pretty cool too. Mind you that they came in branded packaging as well from the company. (Nice) The keyboard also has a braided cable which was freaking sweet too!! It all felt solid, & not cheaply made like mode included items. All the "illuminated" items in the unit look great!! The provided remote works fine to control them. The USB WiFi adapter is fine as well. Overall I'm happy, he's happy, and we will definitely make future purchases with these guys. They've got it figured out!!! So rest easy, this is a good purchase, with good gear, from people who clearly care. A win win! ... show more

    • The Light doesn’t work other than that everything works fine.
So I have been using this pc for few days and it works perfect just the rgb light doesn’t work anymore. Also it doesn’t got built in Wi-Fi so make sure you either have eithernet or buy Wi-Fi adapter/Wi-Fi card. I have Wi-Fi card because it’s way better than adapter. They do provide you with a adapter but it’s not that good. I was getting around 240-250fps in Minecraft,185 on valorant, and around 145 on fortnight.and it’s on low setting btw. ... show more

I am personally not a fan of this product. First of all I didn’t pay all that money to soon realize I had to connect all the wires and make sure I had them connected the right way in order for this to turn on. Horrible customer support. I’ve only had this computer for a couple days and so far it’s been fantastic!
