I bought this blanket over a year ago. It fits well on my king sized bed. I figured we would use it during spring and fall, then add a heavy blanket in winter and remove in summer. This blanket has not left our bed, except to wash it a couple of times. It is an ideal weight. I don't know how it does it, but we stay cool under it in the summer and over the past four days we have had our thermostat lowered to save energy for the grid because of sleet storms. I fully expected to get out the heavy blanket, but we have stayed warm and toasty with just that blanket -- no bedspread over us or anything. It is good quality and does exactly what you need a blanket to do. I like the quality and the look of it. In the next few months I will buy the queen blanket for our two guest queen beds.

I am glad I chose to try this blanket even though there were some bad reviews. This is exactly what I was looking for! It is thinner than others, but I buy muslin blankets to keep me from overheating. I wanted one that had just a little bit more warmth for really cold nights, but still lightweight and breathable. Having a fleece side did just that. This blanket is soft and light..like a dream.

I'm very impressed with this blanket. It's soft, lightweight and breathable, literally feels like you have nothing on top of you, but it definitely keeps you warm! My cat has been walking all over it and I haven't had too many problems with pulls or snags. The reality though is that when you have a pet, snags will happen. Not the fault of the blanket. Haven't washed it yet so not sure how it will hold up in the washer.
