I bought these because I was about to leave for vacation and naturally everyone in my work office was sick. You need to eat 3 of these huge gummies for a normal dose. Once you factor that in, you don’t really get as many doses as you would think. The flavor is very artificial but it’s a quick way to take vitamins rather than drinking the powder. These gummies are tasty. I would be cautious about ordering while the weather is hot outside. I recently ordered a bottle and delivered early july. When I opened them that had melted together into one big chunk. Amazon did refund me for them, but just be careful when it's hot out..
