Obviously you get what you pay for with things like this. First pair I got came messed up, but they sent a replacement. It is made of a cheap plastic so be gentle with it. As far as comfort and image quality go, they have adjustable elastic straps and good padding so overall they are pretty comfortable.     • You get what you pay for my advice don't go cheap.
The product was broken upon arrival phone clips were so flimsy that they snapped off as soon as I placed my phone into it and the controller didn't work at all had to wad a pice of tinfoil to hold the batteries in will definitely not be buying any of their products again.

I love this VR Headset but I wasn't aware that the controller that comes with it isn't compatible with a lot of the iOS apps because Apple prefers to use MFI control which comes with the Bluetooth controller on their website, plus this headset doesn't come with a magnetic trigger and a lot of games and apps require this...overall, watching YouTube videos are amazing but I'd steer towards another VR Headset if you have an iOS device. ... show more

The one we received had a broken button. However, the door didn't want to stay close with a phone in it. We were overall disappointed.
