    • Great

Absolutely love this controller. The surface of the front is much nicer than the classic black ones and the grips are textured. Super fun color, very pretty IRL. Connected very easily to the XBox. If you can get it on sale, it's well worth it.

    • It's a solid controller with a great style

Wife loved the design, works like any other Series X controller. Not complaints. We use rechargeable batteries in all our controllers and they run for a fair amount of time. No stick drift out of the box, I'd refrain from dropping it as much as possible to avoid that.

This controller looks even better in person! It’s comfortable to hold, connects quickly, and all the buttons and joysticks are responsive. I’ve used it for several gaming sessions with no issues. Highly recommend! Just wished it was rechargeable overall great

Working great for the most part. My boyfriend is hard on things and it seems to be holding up to his excessive playing of fortnite.

Attention all pink lovers --- if you are considering the deep pink controller and can afford to pay extra, go for it and get Heart Breaker. I was in the process of ordering a pink one when I saw this and I knew it was The One. It goes great with my pink/purple cyberpunk theme. I also bought some purple skull thumb grips which match the purple joysticks perfectly. I only use this for PC, this is my first official xbox controller, I have never owned an Xbox. For fellow PC users I would like to point out a few things- this controller will not light up with your PC the way that it will with an Xbox console. So if that's something that's going to bother you or you are choosing your controller based on that aesthetic (X,B,Y,A) then you may want to consider it won't do that on a PC. You might need some kind of special app. I personally don't care enough to go through all that hassle because I don't look at my controller when I'm playing with it anyway. But I know that might bother some people especially if they like to play in the dark. The only light that you will see if you use this with a PC is the Xbox button light. I had no issues pairing this with my gaming laptop. I also had no trouble using this controller alongside Bluetooth headphones or a sound bar while I played my games. The headphones were also connected to my PC's Bluetooth. I tried to take photos in different lighting, but none of them do the colors justice. They are vibrant. Happy hunting! ... show more

    • Fantastic experience with this seller!
Style: Heart Breaker
My first controller was defective. After less than three months the buttons stopped functioning properly. The left stick was constantly drifting, the A button wouldn’t respond properly, and calibrating wasn’t helpful. Unfortunately being an older model of controller it was past the manufacturer warranty so I was out of luck there, and I was past the 30 day Amazon return window. I contacted the seller anyway, and they were very helpful. They offered either a re-ship or refund. As I love the design on this controller and understand sometimes things just go “wonky” that are outside anyone’s control. I’m a bit of a collector owning original NES, Sega, SNES, etc, all the way to modern gaming systems so I’m extra cautious and extremely careful about my gaming accessories. No spills, no drops, nothing. The seller even sent me a return shipping label for the defective controller so once I got that mailed out to them they sent me a replacement controller. I’ve only had it a few days, but so far everything is perfect. Hopefully I won’t have the same issues in 2-3 months, but otherwise I love the design, colours, and comfort of this controller. I have small hands so it fits great. The price was also a good value compared to other retailers and sellers. I highly recommend this seller. A pleasure to work with, provides tracking numbers, timely shipping, professional, and went above and beyond to assist me with my unfortunate experience with the first item and made it right. They didn’t have to do that and I appreciate it so much instead of being out the money. That’s rarer to find these days! I would definitely buy from this store again! ... show more
