These are a little big for some of the floss organizers out there, but the one I have has slightly larger and deeper compartments and these work beautifully. I got so tired of the plastic bobbins that you have to run the floss through a few times so it doesn't pop out of the slit and unwind so went looking for cardboard bobbins. These are sturdy enough that I never accidentally bend it when wrapping the floss, and are easy to label, although I typically use pre-printed labels. These cardboard floss holders are classic embroidery floss holders. They fit a standard floss holder plastic box and are what my family has used for years. I had bought a previous cheaper package from a big box store only to get home and realize they were made of plastic and not the standard size. I have been buying these for a while- this time they are ragged on the sides. Not cut smoothly - I use for class kits so disappointed. Not sure I’ll buy for next class
