So check it out kids....I want to hate this tree. I do. But I can't. I ordered it as a birthday present for myself because i needed a new tree this year for Christmas. My birthday is in October. The tree arrived a week earlier than expected and ON my birthday so I was super excited! Then I saw the bottom of the box... completely coming apart and part of the tree hanging out. I was so disappointed. So of course, like we all do, I had to thoroughly inspect the tree to see if it was missing parts or screwed up before the time frame of returning it passed. Well, to do that with a tree you have to assemble it. You know where I'm going with this. Yes, I put together a Christmas tree in October. Well I'm not sure if they gave me a tree that was sitting in the back of the warehouse for years or what, because mine was tangled, twisted, and knotted up in itself. However never having a tree like this, I didn't know if that's just how they come. So I proceeded to "fluff".... ever have an old doll that her hair gets matted and you try to brush it out and it only makes things worse? That's what I thought would happen if I attempted to brush the parts that were matted out. So I just kept going. Limb by limb. 5 hours later(could be me, I took frequent breaks to curse and stomp about) the tree was up and I wanted to cry. It's so beautiful. It's beyond beautiful. Any parts that were rough looking I couldn't see, and what did show, I figured I could just creatively disguise with the tree ornaments. But can you? Well I had to try because the tree is up I'm not taking it down just to get it back out for Christmas because it was a beast I'm not going to lie. And remember I only have 30 days to return it. By the time I finished decorating my tree, I stood back and said there's no way I'm taking that tree down and returning it. It's magnificent and I'm celebrating Christmas in October I don't care what anyone thinks it's my birthday and my tree is GORGEOUS!! Should you buy it? I mean it's easy to put together... it's in 3 pieces and you just unfold the limbs... but there are a lot of limbs. Will yours come to you scruffy looking in some places? I have no idea, could have been just this one. Is it worth it? Eff yes it is because if you're getting this tree anyway, you already know how to decorate like a pro... you can hide any flaws. It really is a gorgeous tree and is easy to manipulate those branches to go any direction you need them to go. It's just a lot. So I want to hate it but I love it.

The tree was shipped fast which was helpful since I couldn't get my 12' tree put up this year. I chose the 9' and was able to put it up by myself (I'm only 5'2" and the ladder was all I needed) It did take FOREVER to fluff this tree, probably a total of 4.5 hrs. I tried to steam some the smashed fronds but it really didn't do much. Once it's completely up, you can't really see it anyway. I found it easier to fluff each section when it's first put in, then put in the next section, fluff, then the next versus trying to fluff after all sections were in at the same time. The other issue I had with this tree vs a normal artificial is I couldn't add as much ornaments and filler because of the limited branch space. You really don't need as much ornaments and if you add more, they tend to slip out of place. I went with white so my purple ornaments would pop which they did, but my white and silver do not until it's dark outside. Overall, I'm very please with the look even though many of my decorations couldn't be put on. It has the modern, ethereal look I wanted.

I love this tree. I wanted to have a black tree this year in my home. I was looking for a nice tree that did not look cheap . The tree was a beautiful black color and very sturdy. It has a feathery type look , it was easy to put together and a great size for the price. It was not difficult to fluff . I have not stored it yet so I am not sure how easy the take down will be. I wish it had lights but I added my own.

I ordered this black feather 9 ft Christmas Tree and was apprehensive because I have never had an artificial tree. We recently moved into a very modern home and the color palette is that of grey, white black with a hint of Olive accent, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Well, let me tell you I wish I would have bought one of these years ago!! It's not your typical tree and not for everyone but for our home it is absolutely perfect!! It's big and full and modern and looks stunning!! Worth the price and the time it took to put together, for I did it alone.

This tree is beyond beautiful! But be aware that it takes a long time to fluff out the limbs. Longer than a normal tree. But I think it was well worth it. The ivory does have a bit of a yellow tint, the photos make it a little more so than it really is. My husband passed away and I wanted something totally different than what we had together and this totally is! I haven’t noticed shedding. It was so pretty I put it up and then had to make it an autumn tree so my kids don’t think I’m nuts putting a tree up in October. I’ll change it out for December. If you like non-traditional go for it, you won’t be disappointed.

Do not hesitate to buy this beautiful Christmas tree, I didn't expect it to be so full. The branches are easy to manipulate and it goes together in 3 steps. The ivory is a soft off white, not dull at all. I bought white corded lights to blend in with the branches and it's so pretty that I may not even hang ornaments. The pampas is feathery but substantial and I've had no problems with shedding.

I was not looking forward to fluffing this tree but it is GORGEOUS! The ornaments, even the heavy ones, were so easy to hang on it. We added one 49ft string of lights which was plenty for the 7.5 foot tree. It shed a little bit while fluffing, but not bad. Directions suggested steaming the branches but I don’t have the patience to do that and it’s still perfect. The tree can be so versatile. We are on the coast so I didn’t want “flocked” or traditional green and this ivory one is stunning. Everyone who has seen this tree, absolutely loves it even before we decorated it. Highly recommend!
