If you need neck support or just support in general this is a good pillow. Nice and clean and even if you use CPAP it supports you. No neck pain. Wife used it before said it gave her pain relief. For the money this is a good buy. You will have to adjust to the pillow to give you support. The fact that you can use HSA even better.

Unfortunately, I've had to return this pillow as it wasn't comfortable enough for my liking. While the pillow does what it's intended for and the price isn't crazy, to me it wasn't the most comfortable thing to sleep on. I found myself adjusting a lot through the middle of the night to get comfortable. Strangely enough, my cats enjoyed it more than I did.

I like the shape of this pillow but I had a hard time getting it soft enough to please me. It's not a hard pillow but I prefer a softer one. This pillow definitely helped me to have a better night's sleep. It's designed very well. I like how extra foam came with the pillow. I guess I just need to work with it until I am satisfied.

This pillow is totally not worth the value and I would not even use it nightly if it was given to me. I wear a CPAP machine and right this pillow would help my mask not leak since I'm a side sleeper. I should have paid attention to the picture. I'm not sure if any side sleeper that can actually sleep with their head like that m typically the side of my face is down into the pillow. That's why I was hoping for the cut out area to accommodate for my mask being there. Not my hand. But how the cut out side area is it's up way too high to properly put my mask there. Especially since how the neck area is. I'm obese, so I rest up higher than others, I'm sure. But that neck area is way too high, even adjusting, and way too thick to lay comfortable I'm at night with your head in that center indention. The memory foam is way too dense to even form to your body unless you're putting really heavy pressure on it. Again I'm obese so that should push it down without any effort on my part, but it actually took a ton of effort to push it down. They also claim that it is made with safer chemicals and I believe that's a lie. Now I can't trust that listing on items anymore. It smelled worse than other memory foam I've bought. Very chemical smelling. It didn't help with pain relief, it actually made my neck worse and my quality of sleep worse. I only could use it one night and asked for a return. I'm now using a Japanese buckwheat shell organic pillow. It is really firm but you can move to insides around to fit exactly how you need it. I used it the first time last night and thought I'd wake up with a really bad neck and shoulder pain, but I actually feel great. It kept my CPAP mask in place because I was able to adjust the insides to fit exactly around my neck just right, then I patted out an indention for the mask on the side. Perfect fit, unlike this Elviros Cervical neck pillow!

The first night using this pillow was amazing. I'm a big guy and a side sleeper and this pillow perfectly aligned my neck and kept my shoulder from scrunching. I cannot express enough how amazing it felt... ...Until the cheap foam lost rigidity like 2 nights in and now the whole pillow just smushes flat under my head and neck and I can barely feel the contour anymore.

I am very satisfied with this pillow. It is very comfortable, and the cervical design provides good support for the neck and head. I especially like that the height and firmness can be adjusted, as this makes it possible to find the most comfortable position for side or back sleeping. It also helps reduce pressure on the mask, making sleeping with the CPAP much more comfortable. The memory foam feels high-quality and regains its shape well.
