I have bought many, many different ergonomic pillows over the years. I have chronic neck pain from Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and sometimes can't sleep because my neck hurts so badly. I found this pillow on Tiktok and loved it. My only complaint is that it only lasted 3ish months before it was time to get a new one. I find that it flattens over time and loses some of its support. I am going to re-order again because it will mean the difference between sleep and no sleep. Rated 4 stars because they don't hold up as long as I'd hope they do for the price! ... show more

To start with there is tape on each end of the box that the pillow is packed in that says the product is NOT sellable if the tape is broken. Well the bottom looked as if the tape had been cut with a knife and had clear tape applied over it. I went ahead and opened the box. The pillow looked as if it had not been opened so I decided to take a chance and open it. The pillow is soft but not too soft so I like that. I do not like the button in the center. When I put my arm under the pillow to raise it up to a comfortable level the button hurts my hand. Also the pillow is very thin. If it was half again as thick as it is I think it would be perfect. It seems like it may be 2 inches thick where I lay my head and on the sides it is more like 3 inches. ... show more

Really wanted to love this pillow. Let me just start by saying this was a good pillow just after 2 1/2 weeks it just wasn't working for me any longer. At first I was sleeping like a baby and this past weekend did it for me. Here came the neck pain again. I ended up going back to my cheap Walmart brand pillow for some comfort. I am 90% side sleeper the other 10% back and occasionally stomach sleeper. I really wanted to love this pillow. I love the shape of this one too. Not sure if I staring to have issues with this one because I'm used to a pillow being little bit more firmer or not. On to trying another pillow. 4 stars because it was a good pillow and probablywould be great for the next person. ... show more
