High quality chair from a seller with excellent customer service!
Color: Light Black
Style: Modern
I ordered and received this chair in January of this year (2026). The chair exceeded my expectations. It is comfortable, roomy, and works great! It also looks like a much higher priced chair. I love all the adjustments that can be made. Fast forward to September. This chair shows absolutely no wear and is as comfortable as the day I got it. I am not small by any means and I sadly sit in this chair all day, every day. I put in a lot of hours. I also have dogs and so, as anyone knows that has pets, the hair and dander can really lessen a product's durability. This chair has been amazing. It shows no wear. I did have an issue with the wheels. The wheels themselves are great, but two of them came off and only one of them went back on and stayed on. I reached out to the seller about the issue. I expected a hassle. I received a response the same day. I was asked for pictures. I sent them and was told I would receive tracking information shortly. Less than a week later, I have all the replacement parts! No hassle, no issue, just prompt, excellent customer service!! I would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again. No one wants to have issues with a purchase, but when you do have an issue and it is handled this well, it really speaks volumes about this company's customer service!!

Best chair I've ever purchased
Color: Light Black
Style: Modern
What an amazing chair. Strong and comfortable. Great presence and support. Some people may say it is a little stiff, but that is what I like most about this chair. It doesn't crack or bounce like my previous $500 La-Z-Boy chair. I am very satisfied with it, and I recommend it.

Very comfy heavy duty chair
Color: Light Black
Style: Modern
I am super impressed with this chair! It is quite large but fits larger beings well. It reclines, has lumbar adjust, armrests adjust a number of ways and flip up. The best thing to me is that the wheels are different than any desk chair or stool you’ve ever known. They are like duo rollerblade wheels. They’re supposed to be less wearing on carpet and hard flooring. I have fallen asleep in my chair several times, it is so comfortable and puddles, like sitting in a cloud!

Great chair, be prepared if over 6' tall
Me: over 6', and over 300lbs. UPDATE: I installed the new cylinder last night, which was a bit of a production, but well worth it. Now at full extension, my legs actually dangle, which is something I never have happen. Customer service is 10/10 for sure. Have been super impressed with durability and comfort. Other reviews were very helpful as far as height goes. As someone who is over 6' tall, this sits SHORT. I did reach out to the company and they have sent a new main support piston that is supposed to be better for tall folks, I have not had a chance to install it yet, but their response and shipping time for that is fantastic. The one thing I wish they would add to your ordering choices is the ability to choose if you need the taller piston or not, but seeing as how their customer service is so great, I can't knock it off of the review! This seat is WIDE, in a good way! I can almost sit cross legged, I just wish it was a teeeeny bit of a deeper seat, so as to be able to fit my legs on here, but that is in no way a must have. Overall thus far (about 3 weeks in to having the chair) 100% worth the money, and very comfortable. Super stable, great wheels, and I can only hope I have this one for a long while!

Comfortable chair, good customer service.
Color: Fabric Black
Style: Modern
I ordered one of these a few months ago, and it is quite comfortable and good! My only issue came when one of the bolts in the seat slipped out while I was reclining. The bolts on the bottom seat are set in wood, and it had popped right out of the wood to make the whole thing unstable. Thankfully, I was able to contact the manufacturer and they sent me a replacement seat for free. Definitely good customer service.

unsteady arms
I got this chair mainly due to the weight limit of the chair. I enjoy the width of the chair, however the arms of the chair, appear to be cheap plastic and within a week has already became very loose. I have already had to retighten a couple of times. As I am recovering from an injury and need support when standing up. I cannot rely on the arms to support me without breaking. On a positive note, the chair was easily assembled and the chair is comfortable, I just can't trust the arms to support me

So Chair, Much Wow
Color: Light Black
Style: Modern
Just from my first time sitting down I can tell that this chair is durable and well built. It was also very easy to follow the instructions and the lumbar support is great. I've seen that others have had problems with height but I havent seen any issue with it yet, in fact at full height it seems to sit higher than my old chair. Additionally its great value of money with how stable the seat feels. Usually I wiggle around and move in my seat and while doing that in this chair I feel no shifting or movement from the seat itself which is a good sign for its stability.

Poorly Designed for Big & Tall for 2+ hours (will result in back/elbow pain)
Color: Light Black
Style: Modern
6'2'' 235 lbs reclining 4+ hours: End result of all of the below is that my back (upper and lower) hurts after a few hours and my elbow also hurt no matter how much I adjust my chair/desk. Buy something else if you're looking for something to use more than 2 hours a day. Even at 2 hours, there are better designs. I didn't have any of these problems from my previous chair (no longer in production). The back is tall enough to rest my head (barely); however, the "pillow" part of the chair is far too low resulting in digging into my upper back. At first this isn't a big deal, but it gets very uncomfortable after a few hours. After a few days of this, I started having back problems. Since the pillow pushes on my upper back, it results in my lower back not being properly supported. The armrest height is too high at the lowest setting when you're reclining . I have an adjustment desk, and I'm unable to find a setting where they don't dig into my arms after a few hours. The front of the armrests need to be curved, but they aren't. If you don't recline, then it'd be acceptable (still not great). The width of the chair base is fine, so there's that. The quality of the chair is good for the cost; however, since it's marketed as a Big & Tall chair I had to give a 1 star review.
