When I ordered this I was building the spa bath room, It has been installed for over a year now, this thing wont flush, We have a similar toilet in the kids bathroom paid around 900.00, and it works great enough power to peal the paint off a Buick. beware you get what you pay for. Previously had a generic bidet attachment that worked well. Then came across this and the upgrade has been fantastic. Needed to have electrician install outlet, once that was complete we found plumber to do install. *note most plumbers were confused and quoted really high thinking that more work would be required. Bottom line is this was basically as simple as swapping out a new toilet for old one. Simple process with easy instructions. Looking forward to trying out all the bells and whistles! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This is the second toilet we installed in six months. The first was clogging and Amazon replaced it. This one we can't get the attention of Ellai customer support! We have called and left messages, and, emailed them to no avail. Not sure where the others are getting good customer service. Very shabby. I would look elsewhere for a better deal.     • Over priced and low quality
Before you buy Ellai toilet rethink! I have purchased this one and have already 3 other brands. These are some of my experiences with this product: 1- The product is well overpriced compared to similar products and I found much cheaper price for the same brand with other suppliers. 2- Several technical issues: constant noises when flushing and going through all diagnosis steps did not fix it! The piping systems are complex and very difficult to unscrew and tighten them with little space and tight spacing. 3- Very weak customer services: the vendor replies to the messages very quickly but offering no help! When I wanted to return the product they said due to sanitary reasons they will not accept the return! No one can test the product before full installation!!! Also, keep sending you instructions for different questions, some is not even for the type and brand of the product you have received and none helped me. In short, look at many other options and brands that are available! ... show more

    • Great!!!! Really better than expected!
It took two tries to get this as the first order was "returned for unknown reasons" while in transit. The second arrived only a day after the first was supposed to arrive plus the bathroom wasn't finished on time making it not a problem. The toilet installed easily. All parts needed were included; drilled a few holes into the cement floor and everything is steady and solid. It works perfectly so far. We don't normally use the bidet feature but wanted the size and shape plus other features so we went for it. No regrets! How much do we like it? We may order another, higher end, from this company for the next bathroom. As far as the company. We couldn't find one of the parts and reached out to them. They responded within 24 hours!
